When: Early afternoon
Warnings: doubtful.
Darius had been nervous. This meeting felt wrong, in a way. Being invited to a hotel? In the capitol of Genosha? But this wasn't the Genosha of his home world. He'd spent enough time there to know. And what harm could come of meeting someone in a park about a scholarship? If anything happened, it was almost the perfect for it to happen. With his family so close, it would be hard for anything catastrophic to happen.
He whistled as he walked, texting Scott quickly. At the very least, he'd go hang out with Scott afterward and recap the whole thing over a beer.
He straightened his coat before walking into the reception area, smiling politely at the secretary, and asking about his appointment. |

Belle collapsed onto the bed, exhausted from the past month or two. She'd been expending so much energy, so constantly, that just laying in bed before midnight was a luxury.
She'd brought a bottle of wine up with her, and some chocolates and the video with Jeanne with her, and was getting things ready while she waited for Alex to join her.
It would be their first night relaxing together in a long time. Marius and Angela had taken the kids to the hotel for the night, to test the facilities and give them time to unwind as well.
She thought back on how quickly everything had come together, and was amazed at how well they had done. |

The kids were playing in their room (the yelling and loud bangs was a sure indicator of where they were), so she was bored. Her mind wandered, not really projecting far, so that she could keep listening to the children. She saw someone a couple houses over playing piano. Their mind was filled with counts and letters, jumbling around, but somehow all coming together into a cohesive line of pure sound. She watched for a bit, humming along, her body reacting to the music. |

What: Celebrating Belle's birthday
Where: Someplace nice, and then their house
Warnings: Sex. Probably with a fair dose of gender swapping.
This was her favorite dress. Alex had bought it for her last Christmas, and she had only worn it a couple times since then. The fit was perfect, and showed off her body wonderfully.
They were going to the fanciest restaurant in town, to enjoy a night alone. The children were spending the evening with one of the girls from the weekly stitch and bitch. The plan was to pick them up on the way home from the restaurant, and hope that they were tired enough to go to sleep quickly when they got back. Luckily, there was a good deal of separation between the master bedroom and the one they'd given the kids, so even if they didn't fall asleep, they would at least be out of earshot.
Probably.
Belle laughed and shook her head. Four years she'd been with Alex. Not married, at least not yet, but it was around this time that they'd first become friends. She smiled at her memories, and gave her make-up one last glance before going to see if Alex was ready. |
