You'll have to forgive me, everyone else already got the really special ones this week, and too many of the others we might want to post from later, so I'm showing you Hawkman. ( I know, who cares about Hawkman, right? ) I heartily recommend the title to anyone who isn't picking it up. This is a really magical kind of thing, and I promise you won't regret being a part of it! I've been showing it to everyone I know who's even vaguely interested in comics, getting them as excited as I am. My LCS' are selling out, so don't miss out at yours! He's been posting art teases on his blog, and a few weeks back I put some of them up here. He's posted a bit more art, so I've put some new pics up under the cut, but I'd also like to direct anyone who commented on the last post to this thread, in which Caldwell swings by to offer a response to some of our discussion. Partly because internet shelf life dictates that otherwise no one would see it, but mostly because (highlight for spoiler) OMG CHEETAH, which elicits in me a response very similar to the one Gage just got from schmevil and batcookies for his Tigra comment. 10:04 pm [arbre_rieur] [Link]	DiDio's latest move: Wednesday Comics, a.k.a. the next weekly series DC made the announcement on its next weekly series earlier this week. It's going to be called Wednesday Comics. According to Newsarama: "The concept is that we are trying to recapture the spirit, format, and sense of enjoyment that people had form reading the Sunday comics that arrive in newspapers every week," DC Sr VP and Executive Editor Dan DiDio explained to Newsarama. "So, for this 12 week period, we’re creating 16 weekly strips that will be presented in newspaper format, which will feature some of our primary characters, as well as some of the premiere creators in the business."
