I love how the pilot totally gets what is about to happen. He must fly into Metropolis a lot.

Kind of illustrates the flaw of giving a cat superpowers doesn't it?

I mean a dog is feasible, you can train a dog, but you can't train a cat outside of teaching it to go in a litter box.

I dunno, you can train Siamese to use and flush the toilet, and I taught my cat to do the blanket toss....not that either of those skills would come handy in, y'know, fighting crime...

Cats do know some things. For example, my cats stay off the table as long as I'm watching. Not so much when I'm not watching, but since Supergirl is with her cat in this situation, I can't help but think she should have more control than this.

I imagine this Russian circus will be so happy to know it doesn't actually exist:

Good catch. :D

This is the Wednesday Comics series I'd buy as a book.

Or better still watch as a cartoon.

OK, this is funny. Let me tell you, if there WERE superpowered animals running around, we'd NEED superheroes just to keep them in line.

'I am here, commissioner! What's the problem? Supervillains on the loose? Terrorist plots? Natural disasters?'

'Worse than that, Mighty Guy! We've just gotten word that Squeakers the Ultra-Mouse has gotten loose from his cage!'

'...Aww, CRAP, not AGAIN! What is WRONG with you people? I've told you time and time again...'

'..."feed him twice a day." I know, I know. But that was Officer Rodriguez's job, and she got stuck in traffic, and by the time we realized that she hadn't fed...'

'Skip it, I know the rest. He got hungry, peeled back the bars of his cage like they were pipe cleaners, and now we've got an indestructible flying mouse punching through walls looking for nibbles.'

'Well, yes.'

'And you KNOW, because I've TOLD you so, you and the Mayor both, over and over, that you could have stopped this if you'd just put him in a cage made of Unstoppabilium, the ONLY metal that can hold him. I mean, putting Squeakers in a regular cage is like putting him in one made of mozzarella! Honestly, how many times have I...'

'I know, I KNOW, but the city budget is SMALL, you know that, and Unstoppabilium costs so much...'

'That's no excuse. I swear, I oughtta just let you handle this one...'

'NO! Please, Mighty Guy - he's caused structural damage in about fifty restaurants by now, not to mention all the bakers, and supermarkets, and about a THOUSAND privately-owned refrigerators - the city's going to fall apart any minute! It'll be my job...'

'All right, all right, OK! I'll fetch the little bastard, but THIS time, GIVE HIM HIS CAKE-CRUMBS ON SCHEDULE! You got it?'

'I got it, I got it! Thanks, Mighty Guy!'

*grumbling to himself* '@%$&in' amateurs...'

Hook me up with an artist and a willing publisher, and no problem.
