This fandom is full of wonderful asylums. You can do everything from getting great fic recommendations to talking about your favorite recipes to participating in discussions about music from the show. Not to mention a million things in between!

Even those of us who have been playing in fandom for awhile don't always make use of all the asylums available to us. So on the suggestion of the lovely not_yet_defined we decided to hold a trivia challenge as a way to help people familiarize themselves with our fandom asylums and to again remind us just how silly, brilliant or creative we can be.

You can post your answers here any time until March 12. Comments are screened, so you can post as you do them or all together when you finish!

Welcome to the Second Annual QaF Friending Party!

Last year the party was hosted here by happier_bunny. The party was such a huge success the first time around that we asked happier_bunny if we could host another.

Many of us started out our fandom careers by lurking. outlander, selenebj, ceee, nyxa, and maybe742 are just some of our new friends who made the jump and delurked at last year's party! We haven't been able to shut outlander up since. ;) So whether you're brand new or you've been sneaking around for months or even years we hope you'll come out to play!

How does a Friending Party work? Long time fans and new fans alike, just comment here to let everyone one know that you are willing to be friended and share a little something about yourself while your at it. :) If you are feeling really shy you can friend everyone without commenting, but I swear we don't bite! Also feel free to welcome others to the party and get to know each other! qafmaniac even made some lovely icons as welcome gifts.
