Well, alright, so I've got to admit I haven't a clue what you lot are talking about most of the time but I at least get the point that I've moved into some kind of alternate dimension. One where the lift malfunctions and Casper the friendly ghost rearranges what little furniture I've got.

That said, there's a fantastic bakery 'round the bend. One I wandered into and will now be the death of me, or the cause of me becoming the latest on 'My 600-lb Life.' No regrets.

I'll take any used book shoppe or bar recommendations if you've got them though? I used to tend bar, in fact, so it'll be nice to be on the other side of things. Thanks in advance - I'm James, by the by. Moved to the States some time ago, form Ireland. Why do Americans turn their beer green for St. Patrick's Day? Never understood that one.

So uh...hi. I hope I haven't caused too much of a disturbance these past few days. My name is Eleanor Rochester, I just moved in on the second floor. I tried my best to be quiet, but awkward and heavy pieces of furniture made it rather hard sometimes. The delivery men weren't nearly as concerned about being quiet as I was. I'm just about done though, now it's just down to rearranging a few pieces of furniture here and there to get them into their proper spots. Sometimes you can't tell if you've got everything where it needs to be until you look at it a few times, y'know?

So...guess that's all. Just wanted to say sorry for my possible noise. If I disturbed you, I will do my best to make it up to you. I know the traditional exchange between new neighbors is some sort of baked good or whatever, but I think you'd hate me more if I did something like that. I can make you a light up snowman instead? It's a bit more permanent than cookies, but it's much easier on your stomach. Unless you try to eat it. Hopefully no one will do that though.

In case anyone is curious when the commercials finally start running, yes, that is my voice on promo spots for the Renaissance Pleasure Faire down in Irwindale this spring. Not even my face, sadly, so no recognition there but a job is a job, right? Don't even ask me why they thought my voice worked so well. You would have thought it would be all about my cleavage, huh?

I also wanted to give any football fans a heads-up... or maybe a bottoms-up is the better word! ;) If you're watching the coming Superbowl, keep an eye out for the new Reebok Easytone commercial debuting at some point that night. More specifically, look for the Daisy Dukes paired with the purple pair of sneakers. Believe it or not, it was crazy-fun to film.

Guess there is life beyond Disney. LOL

And I'm back, safe and sound. I hope everyone had a lovely little holiday.

My name is Katya and I just moved into 301 pretty recently; if you haven't seen me, it's because I was back with family in Sacramento. But now I'm back! School doesn't really give us a long enough break, but that's OK.

I know there are two other tenants on the third floor, but I look forward to meeting you all, and I hope you had a Merry Christmas :)

I just wanted to wish everyone a wonderful holiday, no matter if you're staying here or heading out into the world.

Naea, hon, thank you so much for taking care of my plants and Eeenie, Meenie, and Moe. They look about as perky as fish and ferns ever do. You're the best and I owe you a treat of your choice.

Speaking of treats... I have the first batch of Christmas cookies up for grabs. They're just plain chocolate chips and I had to leave some back with Dad but I still managed to smuggle 4 dozen back here. First come, first serve. Unless you offer really good bribes and then I'll set some aside. ;)

I'm being summoned home for Thanksgiving and I'll be gone Wednesday through Sunday. Would any of you lovely people be willing to peek into my apartment at least once to water the plants and feed my new goldfish?

Hello, everyone! My name is Zio Moreno and you can find me up in D5 should anyone care to stop by. I've only just moved in, though, so you will have to pardon the mess. Hammers and nails are the first things to get lost when moving, don't you think? My poor pictures. If I don't start showing them respect immediately, the boss-man will confiscate them, citing dereliction of duty.

Seriously, though, it's a pleasure to be here and I look forward to meeting each and every one of you. As soon as possible would be nice, of course, but I'm sure your schedules are as busy as mine.

Then again, I already know one or two of you so it is starting to feel like old home week already. Lia, my dear, I have the red chilling even as I type. Old friends only barely have to knock, remember?

If anyone's interested, while I'm in the process of moving downstairs, I've still got a bunch of David's stuff and I'm selling it, else it's all going on Craiglist or to the Salvation Army:

-Two incredible Armani suits; could probably have them tailored. Try 'em on and see what you think.
-Silk shirts and ties-- pick your color. Seems he didn't really need fifteen of them after all.
-Lots and lots of shoes. Men's 15 1/2. Yes, he had big feet. No, it didn't really prove anything in other "areas". I won't subject you to his socks (unless you want them for sock puppets or some other creative activity). They'll likely be incinerated with his boxers.
-Various Calvin Klein and Dior cologne.
-A Segway... I don't even know why he bought it. It's been sitting for months.
-A couple of watches. One's a Citizen EcoDrive, which is actually quite nice; the other is a Rolex, but I can't promise you the authenticity of it. He wore stuff for show.
-Some various books and CDs that I just don't care for. Pick through those, if you want.

They'll be the last things I move out of #603. Come on up and check them out. Make an offer if you're interested. I'm taking everything out by Wednesday.

Well, since douchebag cocksucker cumguzzlinggoatfuckerDavid decided to abandon me and leave me to pay his part of the rent, I shall be moving downstairs to less pricey digs. Apartment management can be hard to track down, but they seemed incredibly understanding. I have my eye on #206.

That being said, and I don't want to be a pain, but I could really use a hand or two to help me get stuff downstairs. David had left me to move everything in on my own, but two guys from work helped me out. If someone wants to buy the beer, I'll gladly reimburse and I'll get pizza for everyone who helps. Just let me know!

So, just curious if anyone's going to the game tomorrow.
