So uh...hi. I hope I haven't caused too much of a disturbance these past few days. My name is Eleanor Rochester, I just moved in on the second floor. I tried my best to be quiet, but awkward and heavy pieces of furniture made it rather hard sometimes. The delivery men weren't nearly as concerned about being quiet as I was. I'm just about done though, now it's just down to rearranging a few pieces of furniture here and there to get them into their proper spots. Sometimes you can't tell if you've got everything where it needs to be until you look at it a few times, y'know?

So...guess that's all. Just wanted to say sorry for my possible noise. If I disturbed you, I will do my best to make it up to you. I know the traditional exchange between new neighbors is some sort of baked good or whatever, but I think you'd hate me more if I did something like that. I can make you a light up snowman instead? It's a bit more permanent than cookies, but it's much easier on your stomach. Unless you try to eat it. Hopefully no one will do that though.

I think that instead of greeting people with baked goods, we should greet them with alcohol. I'm going to make it a new tradition, just you wait and see. Actually I have a lot of alcohol left over from a party and should greet you with it.

I live next door in 205, and don't worry about disturbing me, I keep strange hours because of work. Now that I *have* a next door neighbor, I'll try to keep quiet myself. :)

Nice to meet you, Serena. I'm glad the noise didn't bother you. As for the light up snowman, it's not much. A bit of glass, a coat of traffic cone orange paint and some fairy lights and you've got a light up snowman. That could direct traffic.

They do add a little cheer to the place. I have a mini army of them in multiple, retina searing colors.

Welcome to the building! I didn't hear anything, but I'm a pretty heavy sleeper... Anyway, I'm Juliet in 802. Is making the light up snowmen part of your job?

I'm glad I didn't disturb you. If my sound traveled six floors up I would have been worried. As for the snowman...no. I got bored one day and it just sort of happened.
