Salem Academy

Welcome to Salem Academy, America's premier school for witches and wizards. The past term has had its ups and down. Between dances, quodpot, and a unique curriculum, students have their hands full. They have plenty to focus on in within the safety of school walls.

But maybe those walls aren't so safe. How else could someone have managed to sneak onto campus and severely wound the headmaster? Who is this group claiming to want to reveal witches and wizards to the world? Why are none of the wizarding papers covering the news, only the muggle ones? Just how much more safety will be breached, and what lengths will people go to keep this quiet? Or worse, to make themselves be heard?

Then join Salem Academy, the best school for witches and wizards in America! We're in the midst of a brand new school year, so now's your chance to get in on the action.

But what about the attack on the headmaster? Who was behind it, how did they get on campus, and what if it happens again? Wizards live right in the muggle community, under their very noses, a secret that has been kept for centuries. But it looks like that secret's about to come to light.

Wanted Characters

Tired of lack of diversity in games? Looking to play a minority? We welcome them with open arms! We're in dire need of students with parents or siblings who work for the Bureau. Wardwell and Proctor students, Osborn and Wardwell girls and roomates for existing characters. Siblings, cousins, plus-sized, or scene students are all wanted. Cheerleaders as well as Quodpot players need to fill the squads and teams. Got a favorite high school stereotype? Play them at Salem!

The halls of Durmstrang are old and hallowed, filled with over 1,000 years of secrets, knowledge, and more than its fair share of death. At Salem Academy, there are many ways to tell your future and your fortune. Ritual Magic, one of the staples of the curriculum, educates young witches and wizards in a style of magic that's been in the Americas for centuries. It one of the things that makes Salem stand apart from most other wizarding schools in the world. That and its unique blend of wizard and Muggle societies, accomplished for centuries without Muggle awareness. But even the best Divination students didn't quite see this coming. The wizarding world is about to go through an unexpected and likely unwelcome change: the revelation of its existence to the Muggles.

Durmstrang Uber Alles - A Harry Potter Game on Inksome

Halloween at Durmstrang means two things: The annual Dark Path party, and the yearly Halloween ball. It's a time-honored tradition that student look forward to yearly, to relieve from the stress of the school year. Everyone needs a little break from time to time, and what better way than by celebrating? This year though, something else is in the mix. The White Hand's making an appearance, and no one knows just what they're up to. Students are getting a bit wary - they've always been safe inside the school walls. Durmstrang's impenetrable to outsiders, isn't it? If there's one thing to learn, it's that things aren't always what they seem.

Easily one of the most looked forward to celebrations at Salem - besides Homecoming and prom - the revels are always outside, in the commons, and a throw-back to early celebrations of witchcraft and wizardry. Come join the party; just be forewarned. Not all's well in Salem. There are missing students, secrets being revealed, rising suspicion, and a coming threat on the Statute of Secrecy.
