A Neverland RP: Savage Garden Unwanted, unloved -- these are apt descriptors for the boys and girls who come to live in Pan's Treehouse. Promised a better life and a family of sorts, their unknown role is as pawns in a centuries-long war between a band of unruly youths and a legion of undead pirates. Peter Pan is their prince in this war, and his Lost boys play the role of his generals, sworn to protect the imaginaries in their charge. In exchange for this protection - as well as everlasting life and the love they were once denied - they are expected to fulfill the terms of the blood oath: whenever a Lost needs or desires, an imaginary must allow him to feed. A small price to pay when darkness looms ahead. |

P R E M I S E The second big war has passed. Gaea is defeated, Death’s doors are closed, Romans and Greeks have reached a truce, and the world seems to be at peace once again. Life has returned to a sense of normalcy; the demigods are being sent on the occasional quest, monsters are still sniffing out the unprotected, and life has reached a point of less urgency. This is the time to build friendships, enjoy the fact that people are still alive, and get back to doing what the camp does best... teach demigods how to be heroes and give them the tools that they need to survive. |
G A M E Camp Demigod is a small Percy Jackson & the Olympians/Heroes of Olympus game set in the PJO universe, post-series, working under the assumption of a mostly happy ending. All canon characters (dead ones included!) are available for play. Monthly quests help keep the game active and an overarching plot of the dead returning to the land of the living gives the game a solid direction. |
Though it was opened several centuries ago to other cultures, the Elven city of Airialan has recently seen an influx in its foreign population. This rising number of outsiders is due to the troubles which currently assail the country side and nearby kingdoms surrounding the ancient city. Dragons seem to be the main issue in these events. Though they've always been known to be fierce and dangerous, their attacks are growing more frequent and more deadly as of late. Some say that these creatures, believed to be little more than beasts by most, are trying to cultivate a true war with the other species which share their lands. Others say that it may mark the end of an era, or even the end of the known world. Regardless of the intent, two things are clear - the Dragons have no interest in prisoners, nor do they wish for peace. Unknown to most, there is an allegiance brewing between the 'winged beasts' and a species largely thought to be myth. The Dream Wraiths have always lived in hiding, masquerading as members of other races while feeding from their numbers. Having long ago been exiled due to their natures, these two species have come together to exact revenge on those they feel have wronged them. Those whispers of coming war? They are right. As this villainous pairing of cultures expand their plans, they have taken to including others who have been ousted from the accepted graces of the various societies. A number of human mages, those ostracized for 'dark arts', have been taken in to the fold of these fellow black sheep. Slowly, the seeds of vengeance are coming to fruition... What will the dark days ahead bring for those who have found haven in the Elven city? Airialan is an original high fantasy roleplay game which largely takes place in the confines of the Elven city of the same name. Though game play will include the coming war, there will also be strong emphasis on the daily lives of the residents and refugees in the city. This game will hold mature themes, so we ask that all writers be at least 18 years of age upon seeking membership. We are hoping for a thriving community filled with talented writers and unique, wonderful characters to interact with. What will Airialan hold for your creations? |

Imagine a world where all the mythological beings which people have ever believed in are still with us. Immortals, demons, gods and monsters walk amongst us every day. They hide from our view, keeping their world a secret, and yet our stories and belief are what sustains them. From the Machine is a mythology-based roleplaying game. It is set in modern America where figures of mythology, folklore and even history continue to live their lives, hidden among the mortals. Some of these beings are worshipped readily, and they remain strong. For others, belief is fading, and they are growing weak. CURRENTLY SEEKING: Archangels, dead authors, Di Nocti, War (Horseperson of the Apocalypse), MORE FEMALES, and mortals - though we heartily welcome anything that piques your interest!

Before there was a town in the middle of a field, there was a kobold who was homeless after it abandoned its brugh. It no longer wanted to live in the cold, damp barrow hill, having had a taste of human life and now desired nothing more than to live among them in the dry earth under the sun. But powerless on its own, it sought the help of a few faerie friends who agreed to its conditions. Through them, it found an aging village in-between a beach and a forest where once a brugh had been. With its magic, it lured humans from all ends of the old faerie roads to come and start their new lives there. The village was revived and the kobold was happy.
kobold /ˈkōˌbôld/ (n.) a spirit that haunts houses and underground areas. | faerie /ˈfe(ə)rē/ (n.) a tiny, mischievous, imaginary being; the land or realm of the fairies.
Two centuries later, the village has prospered. Carts and horses have been replaced by cars, shops have moved from simple houses to concrete buildings and hospitals and colleges have risen in the place of clinics and schoolhouses. What used to be a quaint rural settlement has now exploded into a thriving urban town with a rising economy and a growing territory. It was a sight that pleased the faeries who have thought it time to come redeem their payment for assisting the kobold. But the kobold was not ready to let go of the town which the faeries would doubtless just turn back to rubble. With both sides unwilling to meet halfway, it’s no wonder they’ve started to fight over it. And who better to use for their interests than the townspeople themselves? So welcome to the war between the kobold and the faeries.
