Roadmaps: An AU Marauders Era RPG

WE ONLY HAVE...

A BURNING NEED FOR YOU HERE. This game is established but loves new faces and is easy to get settled into. There's a ton of info on the mod journal, but you can actually start playing without having read anything except the premise. Besides that, there are a ton of awesome characters open. (Seriously, we don't have a Bellatrix Lestrange or Marlene McKinnon yet?)

SO MUCH PLOT. There are some majorly awesome plots in and around Peru coming up. Just a couple include: shenanigans at carnival in Rio, a dark wizard using a basilisk to terrorize/control the local indigenous tribes, mermaids and a fountain of youth, lethifolds and man eating forests, ghosts, amazonian tribes who make invisibility cloaks, and so much more. And that's just South America.

THE BEST CAST EVER. No, seriously. We have the best cast ever. There are tons of fun and unique characters. Players are always helpful, eager to plot, and in chat nightly. Don't believe us? Just read some of the great interaction going on.

You think you know London, its streets and alleys like the creases of your palm. You don't know all its secrets. In its depths are places to buy amulets and tarot readings, a talisman that permits the wearer to manipulate luck hangs alongside bottles of herbs and demon's blood. Books so ancient the pages are tissue-thin jostle against postcards of buses and telephone boxes. There are bars where the clientele don't just find the dim light flattering, but downright necessary, and the smell of brimstone lingers in the nostrils. There are corners and recesses where magic isn't trickery or sleight of hand, but blood and bone and flesh and you might -- you might -- catch sight of feathers pure as snow and light, if you know where to go. If you know how to see. There's a pitched battle being fought for this other London and your London besides -- one in which every human in existence is being counted in a gamble for souls, Heaven and Hell trying to tip the scales and grave-faced Librarians holding them steady. And all the time, people go about their lives with a little pinch of something extra in a London you'll never see.

War in the Windy City: A PanFandom RP

This ain't Sweet Home Chicago.

It's an old, well-worn story, a common fear for societies throughout the ages: things that go bump in the night, monsters stalking the shadows and coming for the children while they sleep. They have different names, and different powers, but they are powerful, and no matter how hard science tries to abandon them, they survive in the imaginations and superstitions of many. At the turn of this new millennium, society's fascination with the supernatural seems to be at another peak. Tales of vampires and faeries, of little boys growing up to be wizards, litter the best seller lists and win the lion's share of the box office; diversions to ease the sting of tough social and economic times. But are they really just diversions, children's stories and fascinations?

It could never be that easy, could it?

The creatures of the night do exist, living right under the noses of 'mundane' folk. Surprisingly, their society is much like our own- filled with conflicts, politics, and unrest. And as these tensions rise, and more and more 'supes' seek shelter (or power) from their mundane neighbors, the line between their reality and that of normal humans begins to fray. The carefully-constructed veils of those living alongside the 'straights' begin to falter and fail. More and more, those with supernatural leanings begin to make themselves known- subtly, of course, but they won't go unnoticed for long. On top of it all, wanderers from strange and distant lands (realities, even) begin to show up in Chicago, lost and confused; it is, after all, a crossroads of the Worlds.

There are those determined to stem the tide, reaffirm the boundaries between the normal and paranormal; knowing humans, some gifted with magical abilities, work together to try and waylay the ancient powers from interfering in the lives of everyday America. So far, they've succeeded. The White Council of Wizards, and its Wardens, work to enforce the Seven Laws of Magic and keep the peace between the civilizations occupying, and traveling through, their territory. But now, with tensions on the rise, and the wanderers coming in seemingly unaware, can they hope to keep the peace?

War in the Windy City is a panfandom game set in Jim Butcher's Dresden Files universe. Knowledge of the series isn't required to play; any pivotal information will be made available by the mods.

DALTON ACADEMY - A Glee RPG

PREMISE | RULES | AVAILABLE | TAKEN | APPLICATION

Welcome to Dalton Academy for Boys, one of the most prestigious private boarding schools in Ohio! The boys at Dalton are among the cream of the crop, each one intelligent, witty, and well-mannered. 97% of our graduates are accepted into their first-choice college and go on to shape the future of our great country.

Or so the pamphlets go. As with any high school, Dalton Academy has its own hierarchy and set of rules among the students, with the 'rock star' Warblers leading the boys through a merry four years of mayhem and foolishness. The intelligent, witty, and well-mannered boys of the Academy are often sneaking into town at night (Downtown Columbus is just thirty minutes away!), throwing parties in the dorm, and generally enjoying life.

Of course, Dalton, for all its perks and polish, is still high school. And just because they have a strict zero-tolerance policy (and no female students) doesn't mean drama doesn't thrive within the paneled walls of one of the most prestigious boarding schools in Ohio...
