It is the year 2001, the Wizarding World of Great Britain has been under the Dark Lord's rule for nearly five years. The Golden-trio is only marginally closer to solving the puzzle of victory than they were immediately following their beloved Headmaster's death. Muggleborns have been rounded up and held in cells at Azkaban. Those under the spell of the Complacens potion remain content with the government, but there are those who are beginning to fight it; those few that are beginning to build immunity to the potion and are assembling secretly underground. Where will you be when the world as we now know it burns to the ground? Will you continue to live under the draconian rule of the Dark Lord? Game opened on July 30, 2010. Epic battles are on the horizon, as is the battle between Harry and the Dark Lord, between good and evil. Most wanted characters by other players include: Daphne Greengrass, Arthur Weasley, Molly Weasley, Aberforth Dumbledore, Fenrir Greyback, Sally-Anne Perks, Ministry Workers, Order members, On the Run Muggleborns and more. » It's 2011, and you're stepping into another decade. The worst thing on the horizon as far as life is concerned might be the fact that the knob who's two cubicles down from you is about to steal your promotion right from under you just when it's within your reach. Or maybe that person you never liked in Hogwarts is now your boss. Your girlfriend is itching for you to propose, because damn it, you're thirty, or almost there (even if you don't actually want to admit it), and you've been together long enough as far as she's concerned that you two should take the next step. Just as easily, you could be investing in yet another dress robe to add your closet, always the bridesmaid but never the bride. The kids are driving you just a bit crazy, you and your spouse argue too often, and the love of your life that you've never really gotten over has moved on. Then again, it could be that in the past thirteen years, you've managed to not reach even one single goal you'd initially set for yourself when you first stepped out into the world and called yourself an adult, which... probably sucks because your best mate is almost equal to the dictionary definition of success.  CHARACTER LIST • PB LIST • APPLICATION • RULES • WANTED CHARACTERS Liberalis A Post-Warts, Non Deathly Hallows Compliant Game By the spring of 1999 the Trio had collected and destroyed all six of the Horcruxes and they set out to find the Dark Lord hoping to end it once and for all. At the climax of the duel, Harry gained the upper hand and Voldemort, knowing he had seconds left, used his last lifeline: a time turner. With the fall of their Lord, the Death Eaters abandoned the battle and it appeared to the wizarding world that their greatest enemy had been defeated. Unknown to them, the time turner had brought Voldemort into 2002 where he was already gathering his followers and one more Horcrux still remained. Voldemort had unknowingly created another when he had killed Harry's parents and attempted to kill Harry. The newly shattered part of his soul was transferred into the infant when the Dark Lord cast the killing curse. The New Year of 2003 would be marked with tragedy. The Dark Lord would announce his return at the Ministry’s Annual New Year’s Ball where innocents were attacked and dozens were slaughtered. In the aftermath of the battle, accusatory eyes turned to the once celebrated hero; Harry Potter. Overnight the news spread and people began to feel again the terror that had yet to fade completely. Over the next few months the Ministry worked around the clock to assure the people that this time wouldn’t be like the last; this time they should place their trust with the government and not in the hands of an adolescent hero. The Ministry’s demeanor became one of confidence. He-Who-Must-Not-Be-Named had struck out twice already and this time the situation would be handled properly. Voldemort had other plans. On June 23rd the Ministry of Magic fell. Trust and security was shattered when Voldemort and his army entered the Ministry building, having been given access from within. Death Eaters and dark creatures alike swarmed through the structure, destroying everything in their path; among the dead was found every member of the Wizengamot including the Minister of Magic himself. Once and for all the Dark Lord proved what he was capable of. With their Headquarters in ruins, the Ministry has been forced to relocate and is scrambling to come to terms with their losses and what it meant for the future. Wizarding Britain looks to the future with little hope while the Trio desperately search for the missing piece, knowing that if the Dark Lord had returned that their mission had not yet been completed. Another Horcrux must still be in existence and destroying it is the only way to ensure their liberation. Game Opened and Active Since Friday, July 23rd |

Time and space are ultimate dividing forces that separate generations of witches and wizards, but soon that divide will be breached. There have been cracks before, but one wizard will wrench it open completely. Named the Collector, he sits in his own empty world that he controls and manipulates as he desires. However, there is an issue. It is empty, yet this will not last. No, the Collector shall soon start gathering his toys to fill the gaps. Through various points in human history, he is taking who he wishes. His motivations may be unclear, but somehow each of his toys will serve a purpose for his plans. Once each of these ‘toys’ are collected, they will be confronted by the realities of their situation. Information of their future lives will greet a large majority of his subjects, and then, they must cope. They cannot leave and, will instead, have to adapt. However, adapting is not simple for their situation will not remain constant. The Collector will not just leave his toys alone, but will play with them as he desires. Life in the Collector's Domain will keep transforming. One moment the place will appear like a desert, then a coastal town, and then, a tropical rainforest. However, all the while, the people cannot leave until He demands it. They will experience various trials and tribulations, some that seem almost playful (from the outsider), and others, much more sinister. So, what will you do when the Collector calls on you? As one of his toys, how will you survive? How will you react when you have no information about your situation, except for a small note in a journal that falls from the sky and what you can learn from those who are suffering through the same thing? One would think that it would be a time of peace and healing... But not everyone is pleased with the demise of the Dark Lord. For he was a leader, and what's a leader without his followers? These followers didn't just disappear after Voldemort's death, no, they only went into hiding. Recruiting from their position in the shadows, the remaining Death Eaters are targeting the younger generation in order to restore their population and finish what they started. Those not aware of the darkness still surrounding them are going on with their lives as best they can. Only time will tell if things are really changing for the better. Or perhaps the world is merely being led into a false sense of security. |

The students of Hogwarts were thrown into that change without warning. As the new year began Headmaster Snape proved to be just as nasty as he had been as a teacher. The employment of the Carrows siblings brought on obvious alterations to the school's interests. With the implementation of a Dark Arts class, the rebirth of the Inquisitorial Squad, and the new found form of physical punishment, students were asked to choose sides. For it was believed that cleansing the youth was necessary to preparing them for the Dark Lords new order. And what better place to start than Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry? This Purgatory is a DH compliant Trio Era game starting halfway through October 1997. Here we look to explore Hogwarts in all its darkness. With plenty of plot laid out for every month leading up to the final battle, you will be able to play your characters in a unique setting. Rebellion, of course, will not be tolerated by the current staff. Yet, there are a few who have chosen to fight. A few who look to right the wrongs of those who currently have the power.  Strange occurrences have begun to happen. Witches and wizards begin to disappear from their time and reappear in the muggle London, England. Some will remember their lives as a witch or wizard, others forgetting. What's even stranger, is that they have a life in the muggle world. Even if they remember their life at Hogwarts or in the wizarding world, they have a job, life, sometimes even a family in this "new" muggle life. Things are not alright in the muggle world either. Strange accidents and disasters have been reported throughout the U.K. that cannot be explained or fathomed. Could this be the work of He Who Must Not Be Named? His followers? And can those who remember their lives in the wizarding world come together and remind those who have forgotten? Welcome to Remember the Forgotten, an AU Harry Potter RPG. On May 02, 1998, a battle broke out at Hogwarts. The battle. Students, professors, creatures, The Order and Death Eaters alike fought hard for their beliefs. And then, Harry came forward, and history was made when he defeated Voldemort. Peace does not come easy though. There was a heavy price and they're only just beginning to pay it. May 02 is a trio-era game set in the wake of the Final Battle. Picking up the day of and just after the ending of the final battle, we will follow our beloved characters as they grieve, fight and work to rebuild their lives, and attempt to find their place in the world as it stands now. But it certainly won't come easy. MAY 02 is a game that started immediately post-war with the goal of playing out the interesting dynamics of what might have happened during that time. While not epilogue (or interview) compliant, the game is set strictly in canon, with a few additions for a realistic feel. As it stands now, the Hogwarts year has just started, and the Quidditch season is kicking up but there are still two Death Eaters on the loose to cause problems, even as attempts to move forth are being made. |
