It started with the death of the Duke of Argyll in June. Then the attempted assassinations of both Prince Draco and King Lucius. Now Frank Longbottom, the Duke of Lennox, has died under "accidental" circumstances. With tensions running high in the country over muggleborn rights, wizarding involvement in a muggle war and rumors of power grabs for the crown there is one thing certain:

Someone or something is out to get them all.

Since June 1, the Gilded Court has been an active community of diverse characters exploring an alternate universe where the Malfoy family rules both wizarding and muggle Great Britain. With elements of real world politics, paparazzi, and current events melded with canon spells, biases and dark forces and sprinkled liberally with historical research, Gilded Court is a game unlike any other. We are seeking active, mature players to help us build what happens next.

Magic as you know it has changed

The Fortress is an AU Marauder's Era game set in a world without the wand waving magic we're all accustomed to. James Potter, Sirius Black, Lily Evans, and Severus Snape still roam the halls of Hogwarts, but not as wizards. Instead, they're swordsmen, bladeslingers, warlocks, training to be soldiers in a world without electricity, without cars, without anything we're accustomed to now-a-days.

Lord Voldemort, a warlock with dark and brutal power, has amassed an army and is terrorizing Britain. While he has not yet been able to breach Hogwarts itself, rumor has it he now has a few men working on the inside. Suspicions are mounting, innocent people are dying, where will you stand?

A seriously cracked out game.

Canon Future Gen goes back in time to 1996 to find that the stories they grew up hearing from their parents have all been changed. The Blacks run the Ministry of Magic and Voldemort disappeared in 1980. Nothing is the way it's supposed to be.

The year is 1978. The war against the Death Eaters has been boiling under the surface for almost a decade now. It was little things at first, easy to ignore, escalating to bigger attacks, bigger crimes, and of course, retaliation. Now the country is about ready to tear itself apart as the Ministry steps up their attempts to defeat Voldemort and no one is really sure who they should trust, if they should trust anyone at all. Who can you turn to when your own government is as likely to kill you as the masked criminals roaming the streets?

Even the muggles are starting to notice. Attacks in muggle places are becoming more frequent, the Death Eaters getting more bold. And everyone is asking the same question.

How long before it's open war?


The First War is a Post-Warts, MWPP era RPG. We are canon through November 1st, 1978 and then we diverge, allowing the characters to tell their own stories.

Isolation RPG

Are you looking for a post Hogwarts game that embraces both social interaction as well as detailed plot? Do you like to create well developed characters linked by a framework that allows frequent interaction? Are you looking for fun and opportunties for creativity?


Then Isolation RPG is the game for you. Set in October 2001, Isolation imagines a world where three years of peaceful society are shattered in a single night, by a most unlikely suspect. Due to a lack of security at an annual summer festival, a group of religious Muggles witness the event and confuse it with a "devil worshipping cult". Driven by their reglious beliefs, the Muggles attack the festival - killing twenty seven wizards and witches.


The Wizarding World is devestated by the loss and the fear of what other terrorism Muggles are capable of leads to the creation of two political parties: the Isolationists (who wish to several all ties from the Muggle world) and the Unionists (who feel that this was a singular incident and are against total segregation).


Plot ideas for the game include:

Isolationist Party taking over the government
Bans and raids on Muggle Arts and Entertainment which lead to the creation of rebellious Muggle Culture parties
Terrorist subgroup that steals the Book of Names from Hogwarts and killing Muggleborn children
Counter terrorist subgroup seeking ways to create mass sterilization of Purebloods


But the game is not all dark and serious. It also includes fifty characters (in and around Harry's year) who are all linked in some way to each other. While the world is growing chaotic and confusing around them - they must live, work and interact with each other as they try to find their way.
