Probably wishful thinking, but nobody would have any Ibuprofen lying around, would they? Or a Xanax? Or ten? I'm sore in places I didn't even know I could bend.

I know that it's been said already, but Defense did a great job while we were gone. I'm glad everybody is safe, and thanks to the medical staff for keeping an eye out and being on stand by. We're damn lucky to have doctors around this place. And I swear I'm not just saying that for the pain killers.

CISCO.
I might need to ask for a favor sooner than I thought...

All right, so. We've gotten more than a few questions, either directly or indirectly, about the brownout. The three of us who were on tech at the time have been through every computer, every wired connection, every WiFi connection...we've gone through everything. Tony and myself especially, because Daisy was also doubling Defense.

Because I know there might be cause for concern that it could happen again and in the interest of transparency, I'm going to address it publicly rather than on an individual basis, and I apologize if I don't have the answer you're looking for.

Well...in light of recent news...

I'm making an assumption about the system for Defense, because I don't know any better right now, but I'm assuming that the squads are organized by group in order from first response down; Alpha being the first responders, Bravo to follow, Charlie next, then Delta, in any ideal hierarchy-friendly situation we would deal with. If I'm wrong, correct me please. If I'm not, then I'm guessing I'm going to have some downtime on my hands.

Given we've just been told there's no guarantee that we won't have any other future breaches in security like that, I'm thinking it wouldn't be the worst thing in the world to make sure that everyone here has some sort of training under their belt, if they're in a sticky situation and have to fend for themselves for a minute.

I've trained others to fight poorly, but what you don't know won't hurt you, and I like to think I'm better at it now, having learned from my mistakes. I need to fill in my spare time or I'll go crazy, so anyone who wants to learn to fight, whether for offensive or defensive use, I'd like to teach you. I'm not offering to train you for Defense, because that isn't my place, and maybe someone already has something like this out there, so I'm sorry if someone does and I'm stepping on toes, but it's what I can contribute in my downtime, so I'm putting it out there. But I think the more of us who know how to protect ourselves, the better. Would anyone be interested in that at all?

I wanted to reintroduce myself. As I said yesterday, I'm Caitlin Snow, and I'm a doctor. I don't know how long I'll be here for, how permanent this is or how stable our presence in this place is, but I want to be as helpful to all of you as possible. So, please, if something is wrong or you need to see a doctor, don't hesitate to come and see me, or even call for me. It's not like I have far to travel to get to any area of this place.

I have a Ph.D. in Bio-Medical Engineering. But I also have training in neurosurgery, as general practitioner, and more. Getting closer to two years ago, I became more of the in house doctor for Team Flash. If you're aware of Cisco and Barry, they are my teammates. I do my best to keep them all alive and healthy, everything from minor colds (no one ever listens to me when I say get rest), to fractures and breaks, heart failures, concussions, seizures, etc. I also actually do work in my technical field, from figuring out ways to combat, stabilize, or improve meta-human abilities, to synthesizing cures for unstable super soldier serums as examples.

I'm telling you all of this because I want you to have some idea of my background and capabilities. If you need anything, talk to me. I don't have the technology here that I do at home, but that doesn't mean I won't work to help you in any way I can, while also working to continue to improve the services we can provide. As always, doctor/patient confidentiality applies. Your business is your own.

Ladies! I've been going through the lab here, and Joey it's seriously amazing what you've done so far in an end of the world situation. I've started putting together my own wish list, or ideas that I thought we could slowly work toward. I'd love to sit down with the two of you and come up with goals we can realistically work toward together and with the help of the Defense team. Would you be willing?

So. Guys.

Nobody died this time thank god, but what if next time somebody does? I can't control the banshee stuff. And if I scream there's no way to hide it in a place this small.

I think I'm going to take Derek up on his offer of teaching people to fight,
