[ooc: soooo I got caught up with work, so pretend this went up like a minute or so after Daisy's transmission, please and thanks? Also, I don't think Cisco has met Chris, I know he hasn't met Derek, and he's probably too frazzled to remember Sam's last name, so he's not connecting faces in Daisy's post with the names he's looking for, just...so you guys don't think I'm a fail over here lol]

Yo, we've got a situation here and my tech is not cooperating.

Where are Hale, Winchester, and Argent? Anybody got eyes or ears on them right this second? I've only got a portion of my tech working right now, I need you to tell me where you are if I can't see you and if I named you, you're new and I can't see you, so let's go...where are you guys?

Let's wake up, people, this isn't a game, these things don't screw around, trust. Any available excess defense personnel, please commence perimeter checks.

Repeating transmission originally directed to Johnson:

According to my readings as they stand right now, communications: glitches all over the damn place, but I'm mostly still up. I'm missing locator and vital readings on the newbies: Argent, Hale, Winchester. Everybody else looks okay on my screens, and in my ear, but I'm missing you three. I got nothing on you. If you can hear me, be careful. I can still access the network if you need me, but I can't hear you if you're trying to respond on the comm, I'm sorry; I'm working on it as I speak.

Generators are running, med bay looks good. Greenhouse is up; housing is down.

Fence is down. The whole fence is down, if my readings are right. With the glitches, they might be overcompensating and giving me worst case scenario, but right now it's looking like the whole thing is compromised, so better safe than sorry so let's get on it, guys, let's go. Keep me in the loop, I'm always on.

I'm Katherine. Kate if you'd rather. Your Alpha Team found me in my Costco hold up. Nothing like the end of the world to make you appreciate people. There's at least one more o

I've apparently been assigned to live in a house with someone named Clarke, and work in services. Whatever that is going to end up meaning.

I ended up in this hell hole about three months ago. Before that I was a Masters student at Julliard.

So, hello new neighbors. I hear your night was a hell of a lot more interesting than mine.

...is everybody okay? That's over, right, Cisco? You and Stark got that shit fixed, right? Does anyone need us?

STEVE & CARE.
Steve, you better check in right now if you can see this. Is everything okay out there?

First, I'd like to give my deepest gratitude to the defense teams, who managed to keep all of us safe during the breach. Without you, I hate to think what might have happened.

But thinking ahead, I think we need to do something to make sure that this doesn't happen again. It's a fact that the electricity here is unstable, which means that a blackout or a brownout could easily happen again, causing the defenses to go down.

I know supplies are limited and that technology is lacking (through no fault of Tech), so here's my suggestion.

During WWI, the trenches were separated by a 'no man's land' of mines, pikes, barbed wire, etc. etc. We need to build something like this outside the walls, to keep the unfriendlies from being able to take advantage of any sort of electrical issue. Mines might be impossible, I realize, but the rest shouldn't be.

I suggest that we tear down one of the houses (there are some still unoccupied, and others with only half occupancy) and use the materials for construction of our defenses. Ten yards from the wall I would suggest we build trenches. Six feet deep. Filled with wooden pikes, sharpened on the tips. Perhaps a place for a person to stand guard, but that's not strictly necessary. The trench needs to be wide enough that a ladder stretched over it has no chance of breaching the walls. Then, for 100 yards (at least) past the trenches, we need to build our no-man's land.

If we make it so that they can't even get to the walls, that cuts our danger significantly.

I'm so sorry about Lydia.

She's... been through a lot. I know that's not an excuse, but... she means well.

(( posted late Friday afternoon ))

We could use some hands to help sort out what was brought back, come by the Community Center if you can help out. We'll get things into the freezers there and get smaller batches to the townhouses. Didn't get everything everyone was looking for but there's some chocolate and bacon - and we got what we needed, hopefully it'll keep us all fed for a while as long as this influx doesn't keep up - with what's been coming in from the greenhouse.

STILES.
I found some of the stationary supplies you were wanting, I can get one of the girls to bring it by for you.

TONY.
If you could find what you needed how long would it take for you to get a reactor up and running?

DEFENSE.
No one died or got hurt so I'd call it a win. You guys did good, thank you.

I'm Caitlin Snow. Hi. Apparently I'm the new resident doctor.

Really wasn't planning on travelling to any alternate Earths. Ever.

Any chance anyone has a pair of flat shoes to spare? All I have are four inches.

Caroline explained things to me.

I'll help as I can.

[Tony, Cisco, Daisy]

I was told that I should contact you since we apparently share a skill set.

I hope that you'll let me know what I can do to help.

In case anyone was wondering, the brown out was not me. I don't think it was

[ TECH CREW ]
Maybe you can't answer this, but has anyone figured out what caused the brown out yet?
