I wanted to apologize to anyone I might have offended earlier this week. It was inappropriate and judgemental , and I have no excuses. What people choose to do with themselves is entirely their choice, and I was rude.

I don't know what this fog is, but it feels a bit like...ash? So if anyone is having breathing problems, please come to medical before it gets to be too much?

So hey. We've got people telling us the fog is wrong, animals fleeing the scene and fog that's turning into ash. Not that I've ever experienced ash-fog before, but it's safe to say something is coming. I saw one of trainees on the wall last night probably trying to add to the guard duty. Even I'm starting to feel uneasy.

Uhm hi. So this is by no means what is going to happen but I've seen this before. Well, Joey and I have seen this before. And I'm not saying this will happen the same way - but when we got stuck in a ash fog grossness thing like this before it got pretty bad. Like giant spiders and super creepy things bad. I still have nightmares about that freaking faceless zombie looking thing - We'd see stuff out of the corner of eyes all the time, and most of it didn't try anything but still creepy. Again I am not saying that this will be what happens but just, you know, heads up?

Until this clears up I'm asking for no one to leave Camp, if it's thick out there too you might not find your way back. I'm also asking for people to stick in pairs and make sure you let people know where you're going.

I need a few volunteers to help some members of defense run a rope from the housing complex to the medical bay. We'll put some lights along it. This way if someone needs to get there they'll have a guide.

Everything in the greenhouse has been covered and as far as I know there's nothing that needs to be done today so it might be a good day to just stay inside.

I know a lot of you are freaking out, but we will get through this - we just need to stay calm and keep everyone aware of what is going on. If you see anything, or need help, just let someone know.

Any chance we can cobble together some thermal monitors? Might give us a better chance at seeing what, if anything, is out there?

I need one team to set up the rope - I'm hoping between what's in the ammunition bunkers and the greenhouse we'll have enough to get a line going.

Tony, Rogue, Sam - do you think any of you could get high enough to get above this and see how widespread this is?

As far as everything else - well, we've got some decisions to make right now:

Stark wanted to switch over our power supply today. The system would be a hell of lot more stable, but the downside is we'd be without anything for 30 seconds. Which doesn't seem like a long time but if we can't see more than ten feet in front of us that's a long time. I'm personally inclined to the good of it outweighing the bad, especially if this fog is bringing in something worse than just reduced visibility. Last thing we need is to have no power on top of that. We either do this in the next hour or we don't do it at all, unless the fog stops coming in the way it is right now.

I'd like to reduce our patrol area, bring it in closer to the locations where people will be. I'm thinking a wide circle around the housing and medical, and then the greenhouse to make sure if something gets into Camp it doesn't destroy our food. If the fog itself is bringing things in then watching our fence might be a waste of time and resources. Thoughts?

We'll meet in the community center and go from there to set up this rope to medical and then patrol that area since we'll already be there. Giving me a heads up you wanted to volunteer the group wouldn't have sucked, Peter, just fucking saying. I wouldn't have said no. Sound like a plan?

If anyone is stuck outside, tell me. Defense is busy taking care of the patrols and watching the walls, and although visuals are awful I might be able to see and smell better than I've been studying this place ever since I got here since I've been maintaining all of the buildings. Give me a rough location and I'll find you, I've emptied out one of the garages we're using for storage, if it's faster for me to get you there than get you home that's what we're going to do. Since I'm apparently too young to do anything fucking useful

There has to be a source to this fog. I've worked with fog before, and smoke, I can usually produce enough of an air current to clear it out but it's not even making a dent. Either it's coming from a constant source or... I don't know.

I keep seeing children. Why did it have to be creepy kids?
