I was wondering! The spell Esuna, how does it work? Does it cause a quickened recovery of the persons own natural healing rate/immune system from alignments? Or does it just inject wellness into the person fixing everything that's wrong with them like a super disease cleaning system?

Does anyone know of any studies or research to harvest huge effects of esuna to make it into a preventative measure instead of a responsive?

Also! What about the float spell? Does that just raise the person off the ground, or can it cause inanimate objects to levitate as well?
