I'm so glad that we're all able to go to Hogsmede again. It'll be nice to leave the grounds and just walk around the town for the day. Plus I can get a little shopping done before the holidays.

Christmas is almost here! And even better, winter break is almost here. A few weeks of nothing but free time and sleeping in. I've been trying to convince my parents that we should go skiing but dad hasn't been so keen on it since he had to spend a day in St Mungos for a ski accident. se

I'm very much looking forward to this break. It'll be nice to just relax for a few days. As usual I'll be staying at the castle but I'll have some free time to do some reading and practicing.

So Halloween is officially a week away. Has everyone managed to figured out their costumes? I'm still trying to decide on mine. Does anyone have any suggestions for things? I was thinking maybe a viking?

Well I suppose that it's far from the worst rumor I've heard about me.

So the headmaster is giving us a Halloween party. That's actually very kind of him and it gives us a chance to have a little fun after everything that's happened. Only now, I don't even know what I'd even dress up as. I haven't done anything for the holiday in a few years now. Getting a costume may be tough as well. Though maybe I could make something? Merlin knows that I have enough clothes.

Does anyone have any suggestions?

Hey everyone, I have a small announcement. It seems one of my experiments might have gone missing. The cage wasn't fully closed and I'm a bit worried that it decided to go exploring a bit. If anyone happens to see it, don't be afraid and just contact me. I'll come and capture it.

I'm gonna leave a picture of it here so you know what to look for.
