It appears as though the Harvest Festival is a mere week away. Has there been any talk of events? I should think a picnic would be lovely, weather permitting.

For those who are not already aware: a faculty show, Cathedrals Throughout Ivalice, opened to the public earlier this week at the University's gallery e. Ever humbling and fascinating how cultural and architectural differences are evident across the different continents and yet, all are Houses of Faram.

The pleine air paintings are indeed a sight; I do recommend a visit if one would like something to do this weekend.

It seems that dear Count Orsinio did not fare well during his hunt this past weekend. I do believe I shall send him some flowers, perhaps wish him a [....] speedy recovery. It is quite fortunate that it did not end in his untimely passing.

Trade routes are reopening and prices are once again dropping. I fear it is time to determine where we go from here. Of course, having such a streamlined process for getting goods into the city without the scrutiny of the law is such a convenience that dismantling it now might be a disservice to our city. Perhaps we can find another way for it to be of use.
