To all Upper Classmen - Please refrain from selling 'Lift Passes' to First Years. As veteran students, it is expected you assist in guiding your peers through their formative schooling, acting as shining examples of the Hogwarts motto: Draco dormiens nunquam titillandus.
Twenty house points will be rewarded to the first student able to correctly translate our school's motto. A further thirty to the student best able to articulate its double entendre as applies to this situation.
Lastly, to all First Years - I regret to inform you there are no lifts at Hogwarts, only moving staircases and twisting towers. Should you find yourselves continuing to lose your way, please ask a Prefect or a Professor for directions. Unfortunately, 'I got lost,' will cease to be a valid excuse to tardiness at lessons come 1 October, 2015.

While everyone else was on summer holiday, there were a handful of us who still sat in a classroom (of sorts) to prepare and learn everything we could to get ready for our first mission. So now that everyone is back at school WE'RE FINALLY GOING ON OUR FIRST MISSION!!
And that's all I can actually say, since I don't know when, where, or what. Other than it's "soon lass".

I suppose now is as good of a time as any. When classes start tomorrow, everyone was going to find out.
Students of Hogwarts, I will not be teaching Ancient Runes. I will still hold ballet lessons and the ballet club is still active, but runes is not my class to teach. My office will stay where it is and I will be finding a new room for ballet.
Ballet will be held Tuesday and Thursdays after class. If you need me otherwise, please send me an owl and I will reply as soon as I can. |

This whole age thing has been...interesting to say the least. One of my best mates SUPER OLD (haha, sorry Roger), boyfriend my age? At least Terry stayed the same age, otherwise I would have been a bit too turned around.

In consideration of the aging epidemic I would like to remind all faculty, staff and students of Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry that all persons are required to check-in either at the infirmary or couselling office to help ensure your health and safety. As you may or may not be aware, there are currently several infants and youngsters on campus that have yet to be identified, having aged beyond recognition and/or power of speech. Your cooperation checking-in with the appropriate departments will be of great assistance in identifying our youngest afflicted by process of elimination.
Furthermore, should you require guidance coping with this event, either by direct or indirect contact, please note I have extended my office hours temporarily. In the event I am needed beyond those hours, do not hesitate to call upon me either by owl, patronus, house elf or in person.
Lastly, do be cautious of your actions during this time. Dramatic hormonal shifts are often influential in one's behaviour. Remember to respect yourself and your fellows. Where possible, consult a heeler should you consider partaking in any activity previously restricted by age. Such include but are not limited to drinking, smoking or sexual intercourse, as these may affect you differently under such conditions.

Everyone, I'd like to announce that Splendid's Wizarding Tattoo parlor will be holding a grand opening event!
Come the weekend of August 28 till the 30th, there will be a special concert by my dear friend, Stubbby Boardman! There will also be other events going on.
In the meantime, everyone is still free to come by my shop for tattoos. I specialize in muggle and wizarding tattoos and will answer any questions. If you'd like to make an appointment, you can do so with my or with Capable.

First summer holidays I've spent that didn't involve toolin' around me mam's place or visitin' an aunt. Or stayin' with me da as per the usual arrangements. First summer that didn't involve me bumblin' me way around the Falls an' being anythin' but anonymous, or wanderin' through London while me da was workin' and not havin' anyone slot me into a category.
Hogwarts is nice, though. Solid. Stood the test of time, as someone probably somewhere would say. There's a forest, there's a lake, there's the grounds: there's a little village to visit, brooms to ride, animals to feed, books to read and a library to lose yourself in.
It's not too warm up here, which is pleasant, and there's a nice comfy bed at the end of ev'ry evenin'.
And this year - me last year - is one in which no-one will get hurt, or killed, or broken. Not entirely sure if I know how to adjust to that. |

Dear Seamus,
I wanted to thank you for your exceptionally generous gift. I've posted the voucher over my Victrola as a gentle reminder to make time for myself in addition to others. Too right that should one fail to tend their own needs, ability to aid others diminishes.
It may interest you to know that I shall be starting some primary ballet courses as time permits under the tutelage of Ms. Romanoff. I thought perhaps a combination of exercise and music would do me a spot good.

American's really love their independence, don't they? I mean, not that I wouldn't be the same way, growing up into it. But people are wearing the CRAZIEST things to celebrate!!
Happy 4th to all my American friends! I love the fireworks!! Disneyland really goes out of its way to celebrate!!

I wanted to commend you both for the formal and public apology to Ms. Chang and Mr. Boardman. Doing the right thing is often exceptionally difficult for innumerable reasons which may not always be perceivable by an observer. Even more difficult a task, admitting when one is wrong and when one has wronged another.
Thank you for your honesty in this account, tardy as it may be. Coming forward shows great strength and good heart.
