I know this is going to sound crazy but I was just in Sunnydale, California and I'm pretty sure I did not get drunk and buy a bus ticket to Lawrence, Kansas... in the future? Because, wow, this computer is telling me it's November of 2010 and it was definitely just August of 1999 and these computers are amazing and...not the point. Sorry. I was saying I did not get black out drunk and get here myself. Not that I get drunk, I don't even drink coffee, it makes me jumpy, but I'm here and I have no idea how I got here. Um, hopefully this is not the weirdest kidnapping ever but if it is you should know that I am capable of stabbing you with a floating pencil, which doesn't sound all impressive and stuff especially, maybe, to kidnapper people but it would hurt. A lot! Also my friend Buffy will kick your ass but I don't want to be all “ohh I'm helpless I hide behind my friend” but...not the point again. Can anyone tell me what's going on here?

For all you fresh meat out there: I'm Xander and I'm the guy who's gonna be teaching you how to use all those fun shooty things. They come in handy when those pesky baddies decide to swing into the city and try to possess you/eat your brains/make you spontaneously combust from happiness. Although! I'm gonna go ahead and point out that we're not allowed to shoot anything but rock salt at those black-eyed demons. Someone out there would probably kick my ass for not telling you all, so that bit of info is definitely going out there right now. I won't let you in my class if you plan on shooting demons with regular ol' bullets. That's not how I roll.

And I thought Oz was bad. At least Oz didn't make me feel perpetually happy for no reason. So demons, is it? Perfect. I know there's an apartment complex that's safe to stay in, but I somehow doubt people will want me around. So is there anywhere safe? Or a place I can make safe?
