Found a place for the arrival building with Ward over the weekend. Once papers are signed and all that jazz I'm going to need the tech people to do their thing with it.

As for greeting teams. We had 19 people volunteer. I'm thinking 4 teams with three alternates.

Team 1: Robin H, Hale, Ana, Claire D
Team 2: Marcel, Belle, Rose W., Kirk
Team 3: Lissa, Rose (L's), Sydney, Peter P.
Team 4: Buffy, Natasha, Peter V., Jo

Alternates: Ariel, Ginger, Skye

What are we thinking for rotation? I'm pretty sure I put one magic user on each team. Do we have at least one person who knows first aide?

So, Halloween masquerade ball that Marcel is throwing. I have no idea what to dress as. Ideas?!

So we've been doing the Halloween party at the Center for the last few years but I don't think anyone wants two almost identical parties. Which is fine because it's Fall Carnival time!! So for some family friendly goodness, everyone can head to the Youth Center on October 25th. Costumes are encouraged! Costume contest for the kids, a big bonfire at night, hay rides during the day, games, and all the usual Halloween goodies! Looking for volunteers to help, too!

Then that Sunday, the 26th? Bridal shower for one Ms. Eponine Thenardier (while she's still going by that name!) Location is the same, only much more grownup, low key, and likely mostly the ladies.
