So, about the house. The outer perimeter defenses should be done by around the 18th or so. We can move in then, if you guys want, but the remodeling to set up the protections inside will still be in progress, so it'll still be a wreck for a few more weeks. Altogether, I think the messy part should be complete by the end of the month. Then it's just painting and setting up how we want it and everything.

Despite the fact that Lord Talks a Lot doesn't seem to have much to say other than antagonizing everyone, it has to be said that he does have a point. We don't have a plan in place. We're falling apart and that's not going to get this war won. He's clearly making his move. The world is at risk, here. Biblical plagues, natural disasters, and more? And now he's made it far more personal against Ruby Winchester.

We need a plan in place and we need to face it with as much bravery as we can manage. It is unlikely that what he said is true. If he had any control over the Seal at all, he'd have merely brought in those most likely to kill those of us already here. If we do get sent back, though, at least we'll have done some good. If we lose this and are still here, what good will come of it? If we don't die at his hands or his demons', we'll suffer to our deaths in the world he creates.

My suggestion? Enjoy the time you have while you have it, live each and every day. But organize. We've run out of time. We act now or we may not get a chance to act at all.
