It is safe to say she feels something for you. I understand and appreciate you giving her space to work it out, but publicly dating when you said you would give her space, implies you might be trying to move on. I have made a mess of my own life because of perceptions, but I'm trying to fix that as well.

You have a whole world of opportunities here to create a beautiful new relationship, yes. You are not burdened by the same duties as you are back home. You do not have to be alone. I would caution you against speed dating if you have no real interest in it, if only because of the perception it gives to those that you are truly interested in.

But I truly do not know your situation, just my own observations from the way you two behave around each other. So feel free to tell me to butt out.
