Premise
In the aftermath of the Snow Queen's spell, portals were opened up all over Storybrooke bringing in people from realms far and wide - across all universes (even the alternate ones). In a desperate attempt to protect the world at large from the influx of these newcomers, Regina sealed off Storybrooke permanently, making it impossible for anyone to leave the magical town.

Well, this is good news. Managed to get myself a job. Starting tomorrow.. I will be new history teacher at high school. Which should be easy, since I've lived through some of it.

You know, I've spent my life avoiding this creepy mansion because it's well... creepy and now the mist pulls me in? Are you freaking serious?
I have way too many family members to name, so let's go with the basics... Mom, dad, Aunt Chloe, Aunt Wanda, any of my grandparents... if you don't know who you are that would be Jace, Clary, Magneto... anyone else who is related to any of them?

I can hear peoples thoughts and sometimes it gets very overwhelming. My boyfriend and his sister have been working with me on that, but I'm curious what else I might be able to do. There was an incident at school before coming here and I don't know if I was just imagining it or if it's something that I can actually do.

So, it was magic that brought me here? Really. Well, can't say that's a real surprise. I'm familiar with that sort of thing, since I have special talents myself. And it's also clear I am in the future, and not 1973. Lost so many friends and allies I should rebuild Mostly due to this smartphone device.
And your TVs are flat and not bulky. And more than four channels? Interesting. Though, I'd bet that mankind's tendency toward war and cruelty in the world has also increased over time as well. That much I know. I'd seen people at their darkest when I was a child. Let's hope those types aren't among us in this place.
