Premise
In the aftermath of the Snow Queen's spell, portals were opened up all over Storybrooke bringing in people from realms far and wide - across all universes (even the alternate ones). In a desperate attempt to protect the world at large from the influx of these newcomers, Regina sealed off Storybrooke permanently, making it impossible for anyone to leave the magical town.

I never thought I'd see Jorrvaskr again but I can't say I'm not happy to have it here.
I am the Harbinger of the Companions back home, and Jorrvaskr is our headquarters, so I will be taking over Jorrvaskr as my main residence.
However, Jorrvaskr was never meant to be a private home. There are more than enough beds available to accommodate those who need a safe place to sleep. It would be utterly ridiculous of me to not open Jorrvaskr to those seeking shelter among friendly faces.
If anybody needs a safe place to sleep at night and does not have one yet, please feel free to come see me. I will be in the barracks downstairs, at the very end of the hallway. That is my private quarters but my study is a friendly place, open to all that wish to come speak with me. Young ones in need of a guardian are also welcome. I promise you will be always be safe and taken care of.
All I ask is that you respect all other potential residents with the utmost dignity, and try to keep it clean. This is not a requirement, but it will be even better if you have background in combat training and a desire to help other people - as that is the general philosophy of The Companions.

I understand the mundies in this town are already aware of the existence of the supernatural, due to carelessness with the network, but is there really a need to fuel it and inform new arrivals that it's here?
I don't believe it's that hard to filter Downworlder business (or whatever they're called in your world) from the mundanes. It's dangerous for them to know about the world. If you have certain humans in specific you want to include, whatever, fine. I understand the worlds are different. But informing everyone the supernatural is here is both dangerous to both parties.
Perhaps we need a similar form of the Accords here, I've been told there were a select few picked to speak for their species, but given the number, we may need more. Would you all be willing to come to an agreement on things?

Note the key word defense. This training is not for you to go seeking out and attacking the supernatural and I cannot be held accountable for what happens if you do. This is to defend yourself from any creatures who may try to prey on the innocent.
More details will be released soon, please contact me if you're interested.

Some of you may have noticed an audio post coming from a dragon. That is my mentor, Paarthurnax. He won't harm you, so please avoid being hostile towards him if you come across him. He isn't particularly talkative, because as he said, he isn't used to being around so many people. It's been a hard adjustment for him and he misses his home at the Throat of the World, as I miss mine. Please be understanding if he seems withdrawn.
If there is anything that you need, feel free to contact me and I might be able to offer my assistance, for a reasonable price. I'm a mercenary and an adventurer back home. Doing things for people is how I make my living.

If anyone sees a white dragon with a broken horn and tattered wings, that is my friend and mentor Paarthurnax. He will not harm you unless it is for self defense. He cannot use these devices for reasons I believe are obvious. He arrived here somewhat recently. Please try to not disturb him, he prefers to spend time alone and meditate.
