What the hell is this?

Morning everyone, I'm pleased to announce that the brand new Welcome Center is having its grand opening today. This will hopefully help new arrivals get used to things much easier than before.

Is there anyone out there who would be willing to come and help out with the Center? Everyone over 18 would be welcome to join in helping our new citizens to adjust.

Thanks to everyone who helped with construction and getting the center ready.

Saying that though I'm not Dorothy and I don't have a dog called Toto either so I don't know why I'd expect to be in either of those places. Okay, rambling not helpful.
