I gots to talk to you about school.

I look around and I think...damn, I'm a lucky guy. I'm married to the most beautiful woman in any of the worlds. And she actually likes me. Me, some schmuck from Jersey. I got great kids and a great family, great friends.

Storybrooke's not so bad either. All in all, I think I got a pretty good thing going here.

This place is bringing all of my aunts and uncles back, but I still haven't seen a version of my parents who actually end up together and could actually have me in the future.

Don't get me wrong, I'm glad one of the Cassies is in my life and that her siblings treat me like family. I just miss my mom and dad.

Ava's back too, so I'm happy about that at least. It gives me someone from my generation, kinda.

I want to plan better for Alex's birthday this year. I'm going to close early on Tuesday so we can have a small party for her. She can't see this because I want it to be a surprise. Will one of you be willing to bring her to Claudia's around 8:30PM?

At least someone's dad wants them, I guess.

I need some kind of distraction, I don't know. Painting isn't helping tonight.
