From what I've read:
1. We're all trapped here once we've entered.
2. New people showing up is not a surprise.
3. It's crowded.
4. Everyone is somewhere between jaded and stir-crazy.
5. The medical staff is kept busy and the facilities need to be expanded.
I can't do much about 1-4, but 5 I can handle.
