Hi guys! So it's been awhile since I've coded anything (sadness) but I thought I'd give it a shot. So, I've noticed lately that the bios with the personality, history etc in different divs are rather popular these days so I thought I'd give it a go.

Anyway, so mostly due to personaly preference because it's how I learned to code 10+ years ago the base of the profile is a table but I have the three divs (personality, history & ability/skills) in a TD that is spanning the three columns that I've set up. My problem is that the clicky divs aren't work (I know how they're supposed to work through using that sort of hyperlink in websites as well as exploring the bios that have been posted) but for some reason mine aren't.

Is it possibly due to the fact that they're inside a table? I can't imagine why it would be.... I've included my code below if anyone has any ideas that would be great thanks :)

Dislikes - thinking about her parents, sad feelings, arguments, storms, spicey food, strenous sports, being underestimated, people thinking she's immature and younger than she is/naive

Personality: Winter, was a happy child and got away with a lot when she was younger. Over the years her personality has shifted though she tries to act carefree and innocent, deep inside she isn't. Due to her parents deaths when she was quite young, she knew the sadness and could feel the emotion that came from her sister, the only family she had left. She had always been attuned to people's emotions and would often allow them to dictate how she felt until she learned how to control it when she was a teenager. This meant the years after her parents death she retreated into herself and barely spoke or did anything.
<br><br>
Winter, finally, with the help of her sister and another adept who realised what was happening overcame this as she learned to block out others emotions, her sister also started to feel happy again at this time. Winter had grown up enough that she didn't need as much mothering as she did originally which stopped her sister stressing out so much which had also caused the negative impact on Winter during this time.
<br><br>
Since then, Winter has somewhat become the person she was before her parents deaths to the outside world. She appears happy, loves having fun and being around people. Deep inside she has a darkness though that she desperately tries not to let her overwhelm her. It's one of the reasons she puts so much effort into being so happy and what people tend to call innocent and naive. She is well aware of the horrors of the world though and what it can do to people, she tries her hardest to ignore it though.

She has learned how to block out feelings and even what causes people to feel happy feelings such as gifts, hugs and sex. She can even project feelings somewhat onto other people but she tries not to do that as she doesn't like the idea of manipulating people that much.

Winter is loyal to those that she calls friends but she doesn't give this loyalty easily. She is scared of being hurt so she keeps herself at arms distance from most people though they wouldn't be able to tell that is the case. She is an excellent actor after all.

Winter McIntyre, was a surprise to her family. For the past fourteen years, her sister Misty had been an only child. When her mother had ended up pregnant with her, they had been surprised. A lot. After much discussion her parents, after explaining the situation to Misty and getting her opinion on it, decided to keep the child even if they were both in their early forties and Misty would be fourteen by the time she was born.
<br><br>
Her childhood, for the first eight years was easy. She was a happy, carefree child who loved being around others. Her parents let her get away with a lot of things over the years just because she had been so unexpected but Winter didn't take advantage of that. Often. Sometimes, she did use this to get out of trouble or to gain permission to do something but for the most part she was happy to follow her parents rules. She did worship her sister and thought she was amazing. At school, she was fairly average but she enjoyed it. 
<br><br>
When she was nine, just a few months after her birthday, her life changed drastically. Her parents were killed by a drunk driver and her sister aged 21, was given guardianship over her. It was unexpected and Misty while she loved her sister struggled with suddenly becoming a guardian to Winter. The next two years was a struggle for both of them and Winter retreated completely into herself. 
<br><br>
Suddenly, as she started to go through puberty at the age of eleven, things suddenly changed and she began to sense emotions of people. She had always been able to experience empathy for others but not the literal sense of emotions. It scared her and she had no idea what to do. It wasn't until she suddenly projected her emotions onto her sister that her and Misty's life started to change again.
<br><br>
Misty managed to get another adept who lived near them to help Winter train her ability to the point that she was able to control her emotions. Finally, her life seemed to be getting back on track and to the outside world Winter was becoming the person she used to be.
<br><br>
It took awhile for her to block people's emotions from overwhelming her but to this day she can always tell when people are pretending to feel something that they aren't actually feeling. A part of this is that she tries to put on a happy face for the world too so she has an idea of what it looks like.
<br><br>
Winter, decided to pretend to be the happy outgoing person she was in order not to worry her sister and her friends but inside her she feels scared to get too close to people. Winter is terrified of getting to close to people as it means being more likely to feeling other people's emotions.
<br><br>
Over the years she has opened up to a couple of people and she is incredibly glad to have their friendship. She had no idea what she would do without them. Since graduating from High School, she took an apprenticeship at the massage parlour and has continued to work there ever since. This, to her was the perfect career for her as it allowed her to control her ability but also make people feel good which is what she loves doing as positive emotions make her feel stronger, more aware and awake while the negative emotions make her feel antsy, angry and depressed something she never wants to experience again.

From a clicking standpoint, it looks like it works. I believe the problem might be that there is not enough content, currently, to see it fully in action.

You have your personality/history/abilities sections heights set at 150. Try changing those sections to this:

I think this is right. The div set to overflow:auto needs to match the exact sizes of the div set to overflow:hidden. This will let you see only one of them at a time, and the div will auto-scroll to show you any additional content in case there's extra. But in the event that there isn't, it still fills up the whole area so when you click on the tabs, it looks like you're opening something new.
