Redux: an AU Harry Potter RPG

Hello, Redux! Marie here, and I apologize for my absence lately. I'll spare you guys the details for your own sanity, but trust that the mini-me and I are doing just fine. Suffice to say I need more "mommy" time than I've been giving myself the past few weeks, so I'm incredibly thrilled to be back in action.

Without further ado, James & Angelina are here and ready to get rolling. Let me know if you need me to tag anything, though I promise to try to scout things out as well and figure out where I was meant to respond in the meantime! I'm gonna hold off on applying for any new characters until I can get James and Angie established again.

Hello, one and everyone! Marie here, finally back from my Kansas holiday and ready to get crackin' now that the game has officially opened.

I'm going to be lazy here and present James Potter again in case I missed any lines with characters that have joined since I left!

In addition I also bring to you Angelina Johnson, Gryffindor graduate ('96) and former Chaser. She is pretty similar to her canon, minus the epilogue of course. Angelina was put off on the concept of pro-Quidditch following her 1 year of captaincy during her last year at Hogwarts, so since graduation she has opted for a full-time job at Miss Marchbanks' Nursery School and as-needed bartending at The 'Griff. She isn't sure what she wants to do beyond all that, but seems fairly content with her lot in life at the time being. There is an open line for a flatmate (it's a 3-bedroom, but they occasionally use that spare room for Angie's surrogate nephew Asher).

This is a very brief version of her profile, but I assure you it isn't near as exhaustive as James' novel! I'd love to have the usual for her (friends, enemies, exes, etc). Also if any of you are looking for another character, I'm sure she'd absolutely love to see Katie Bell and Alicia Spinnet in play.

Okay, so only kidding. If you took a single glance at my long-winded version of James I'd imagine by now you know I don't expect you to read all of it. It was difficult for me to weed out pieces of his history from teenage versions of him I've played in the past, so there you have it in a rather large-ish nutshell!

To sum up that entire application for you in a condensed, easy-to-read version:
1) James is formally separated from Evans Lily Potter. Please don't ask him what that means. He's still trying to figure it out himself.
2) He's fathered 3 absolutely brilliant kids (Harry, Daisy, and He-Who-Has-Yet-To-Be-Named Potter), all of which are better than yours.
3) Due to having moved out of the Potter Home in Godric's Hollow, he has recently relocated to a family property he used to rent out to a couple of tenants. Luckily enough their lease was up a few months prior to James needing a place to crash.
4) He by no means needs the money but is currently working as an Auror for the Ministry because he can't help himself. He doesn't care to sit still and remains to this day an insufferable show off with a tendency to put himself in positions that will earn him the attention he craves. It's even worse now that he doesn't have Lily around to pet his ego. Shameful.

I think that's it, but I've likely left something out. I'm horrible at intros. Anyway, let me know if you have any questions or need me to change/clarify anything!

Looking forward to the many lines I hope to gain from our friendship here at Redux. You guys are already wonderful in my book, as far as the eye can see, and I thank you for that!
