We have a pretty big storm headed our way in the Puget Sound. They're predicting gusts up to 50 miles per hour. If I suddenly disappear on you, it's because I've lost power.
I will keep you posted!
Erin
This is Seamus Finnigan, AKA the Captain Jack of with Wizarding World. He doesn't do labels. He's not picky about partners or who he flirts with. His longest term relationships have always been with his friends because some people don't like that he flirts with everyone. Boys, girls, he can't help it, bay-bee.
He embodies Gryffindor: he's loyal, rash, irrational. He's always been an angry person, but that anger really came out when he lost his dad just before his fourth year. People--especially fellow Gryffindors--would know that he had nightly meetings with McGonagall for years 4-7. They won't know that it was because of anger management reasons.
He is a recovering alcoholic. He will hang out in pubs with his friend, but he doesn't have anything stronger than butterbeer. He's good in a fight, but he works hard to be mellow and chill, so he'll try to use his words. If he can't talk someone out of something, he'll try to confuse the fuck out of them!
He is the Flint's cousin, but he didn't know that until after his father's wake, when his mother drunkenly told him about her family.
He needs ALL THE THINGS! Past flings, friends, people to flirt with (spoiler: he will flirt with anyone not related to him).
OH! He's at uni pursuing a psychology degree so he can become a certified counselor, and he is, secretly, the Agony Aunt at the Prophet. There's a post here where you can put questions!
Hi lovelies!
I'm reintroducing Lottie Wood. Not only have I changed her face to someone slightly more expressive than Jenna Coleman, but I've updated her personality to better express the awkwardness and histrionics of the muse. This version of Lottie embraces her dramatic flair, her big gestures and expressions, and her (sometimes overabundance of) emotions. She's a very empathetic introvert who is not shy in the least. She often does things without thinking or noticing she's made a decision, though she likes to have an outline of a plan 75% of the time.
Read her personality here for more on how that changed!
Other things you should know: She no longer works for the werewolf division. She still has soap boxes and feels about the fair treatment of all, but she doesn't work with them. She is now a self-employed event planner with PR training. She worked under the Magpies' head PR person for several years, but she has an issue lying in person (she is very easy to read), so public relations turned out to be the wrong career path for her. She's pretty well-known in the event/party circle, especially for birthdays and showers.
She was never Head Girl, but she was Percy's prefect counterpart until he made HB. She has a fear of falling rather than a fear of heights, so she never played Quidditch, but she goes to as many matches for her family as she can.
I think that covers the bulk of her changes. Please let me know if you have any new plots/lines for her!
Hi lovelies! Erin M. here with my fifth girl!
This is Lindley Montague, younger sister of Graham Montague. Much like Primrose, Lindley grew up with parents that didn't really care about who she was as a person. They left her rearing up to nannies, governesses, and Graham (more or less). Unlike Primrose, that didn't make Lindley nice to the point of doormat. Rather, she's rebellious and outspoken. She's duplicitous, presenting a facade for the world and only letting her older brother and closet friends know the real her (and since none of you have any students her age, and the ones who finished school in 2001 are so not her type, none of your characters get to know the real her).
What you will know about her:
Hi duckies! I bring you Charlotte "Lottie" Wood. She's the younger sister of Oliver Wood. Yes. She is younger than he is. They aren't twins, no matter what they told you when they were younger. The only reason they were in the same year at school was because their mother was one of those rare cases of high fertility, and Lottie was born three weeks early.
Lottie likes: good causes, making a difference, fighting for what's right, dancing, singing, the Muggle world, long walks on the beach. No. Really. The sea calms her more than anything else can.
Lottie dislikes: bigots, people who won't look at the bigger picture, the way werewolves and other humanoid (i.e. beings with intelligence) are treated, clowns, heights (ask her about that)
How you would know her:
This lovely human being is Bríana Mullet, of Mullet, Moran, and Troy fame! She played Quidditch all through school and was signed to the Kestrels upon finishing her studies. She was part of the Irish national team for the 1994 world cup. During the 1995-96 season, she took a bludger to her shoulder and landed on her neck after falling from her broom. Her injuries healed, but not as well as they should have. She gets vertigo when she's more than 10 feet off the ground, and she can't lift her left arm above her shoulder.
So now Brí owns and lives above Portable Magic tea and bookshop in Hogsmeade. She stocks popular books, fiction and non-fiction, from both the wizarding and the Muggle world. She loves matching people with books. Her tea blends are well made. You can either purchase a ready-made blend, or she will mix one up for you based on your aura and a short question/answer session. She still very much loves Quidditch, and she misses the game, but she also loves her shop and makes sure everyone who visits her feels welcome and finds something they needed or didn't know they needed.
How you'd know her:
Hi ducks! Erin M here with my second character, Primrose Dursley.
First impressions of Prim, when she's met in person, is that she's an awkward mouse. She is uncomfortable in new situations, with people she doesn't know very well. She doesn't always say much. She stutters a little, and it's obvious that she is trying to find a way out before she's trapped. She's very sweet and kind to the point of doormat. She doesn't like to feel like she's a burden to anyone, or like she's stepping on anyone's toes. She tries not to argue. She wants to be liked and to belong, but she doesn't think she's worthy. Over the journals, though, she can hold her own. No one can see her when she's talking to them over the journals.
Since she was 12, she's lived with the Potters because her family were completely anti-her. They tried to make her suppress her powers, then they ignored her when she went off to Hogwarts (her aunt Lily visited the Dursleys to make sure Primrose got to go).
