Redux: an AU Harry Potter RPG

Hi guys, Patricia here with character #2, a certain Miss Luna Lovegood! I'm sure the name will sound familiar...

Luna is... Luna. There's no better way of describing her. She marches to the beat of her own drum, and will share unusual ideas and uncomfortable truths with equal ease. She never became part of the Extended Trio or the DA (and never painted that awesome mural in her bedroom), but is still working as a Magizoologist, travelling around the world, studying existing creatures and searching for imaginary still undiscovered ones. You can expect posts about costumes and traditions about the places she visits, anecdotes about eating roasted lizard, or lengthy odes about leaves found of the dusty floor. With Luna, everything is possible. Also, she's now a published author, though her work was probably only read by fellow naturalists.

So... possible contacts? As mentioned above, her circle of friends at school was much smaller, but there were a few people who were kind to her (Ginny?), which she saw as almost the same as having friends (oh, Luna...).

Hi all! Heather here with my sixth - Nina Deverill, aka the girl who has to be tough to try the exercise in cat herding that is managing the band Quake. She's also their lawyer, because she's smart like that.

* Slytherin, Class of 1993, Head Girl and Prefect. She graduated in the same year as Marcus Flint.
* Daughter of Puddlemere United manager Philbert Deverill. Gave short shrift to anyone at school who tried to befriend her for that reason.
* Went into the Ministry after school to train as a lawyer. Kicked ass but decided she wanted something different.
* Bumped into Aisling, who she knew at school, a little over two years ago when Quake were forming. Quit her job on a hunch, and manages/keeps an eye on them to this day.
* VERY no nonsense, blunt with those to whom she is close, and probably tells the band that they're being dickheads on a fairly regular basis.
* Happens to be a Seer, although VERY few people know this. Tends only to have visions about people she hasn't seen for a few days, so she makes a point of visiting her friends as often as possible.

Hi all! I'm Alex, I'm knew here. I also know quite a number of you by the looks of it! I'm mid 20s, and have just started a job as a receptionist/legal clerk in the city. My availability is a bit all over the place at the moment. Gdocs, Hangouts & Email are the best way to contact/do stuff for me as I can do all three on my phone. Despite that yay! I'm in Australia so GMT+10 which makes my hours even wonkier! I've only recently started to get back into HP after a four year hiatus due to reasons. Anyway, this is also my first time playing Millicent which has me excited. Her app turned into an essay. Seriously I've done uni essays shorter than that. Oops.

I've had to make up a lot of stuff that happened to people in the Ministry (ie Harold Minchmin for the app but if it clashes with anything in game please do let me know! It isn't set in stone). I also have her down as a friend of Augusta's so... That can also change if need be! I just figured they'd probably have known/got on well

Currently 66, she'll be 67 later this year. She is the oldest char in game by a bit by the looks of it!

After much discussion with the new Minister, she took up position as Head of the Department of International Magical Co-Operation as well as claiming her seat on the Wizengamont as a former Minster of Magic. While it wasn't Law Enforcement, Millicent found she quite enjoyed the work that she was doing. In the next couple of years she worked closely with Albus in order to revive the Triwizard Tournament, which she made sure to attend all three events and was estatic, to see Hogwarts win. Most of all she was glad that it had been a success. She hopes that they can do it again.

Other than that, she has been a guest lecturer at Hogwarts to discuss Politics and the Ministry with interested people as well as holding various workshops at times. She's travelled a lot as part of her job but most of all she is enjoying the time that she can spend with her growing family with her granddaughter now an adult she's realising just how quickly time is passing.

So yes tl'dr Ex-Ravenclaw, Temp MoM from 1980-1982. Elected MoM 1982-1990. Current head of DIMC, guest lectures on politics/emntors people and member of the Wizengamont. Practicle, hard working, bookwork and loves order etc.
