Redux: an AU Harry Potter RPG

Hi duckies! I bring you Charlotte "Lottie" Wood. She's the younger sister of Oliver Wood. Yes. She is younger than he is. They aren't twins, no matter what they told you when they were younger. The only reason they were in the same year at school was because their mother was one of those rare cases of high fertility, and Lottie was born three weeks early.

Lottie likes: good causes, making a difference, fighting for what's right, dancing, singing, the Muggle world, long walks on the beach. No. Really. The sea calms her more than anything else can.

Lottie dislikes: bigots, people who won't look at the bigger picture, the way werewolves and other humanoid (i.e. beings with intelligence) are treated, clowns, heights (ask her about that)

It's Joan with not one, but two ladies.



First up, PJ Weasley. Keyboardist for Quake, mother of an adorable toddler, Gryffindor alumni, general badass... and married to Percy Weasley. Yup. PJ is super outgoing, super blunt, and the member of Quake who makes sure the band is at the right location at the right time. She and Percy live next door to the band's house, and PJ has the joy of getting to be a full time musician due to Percy's sacrifices. Which is why she won't hear a word against the man. She's an easy friend to make, and pretty damn loyal.

Fun fact, Percy had no idea that PJ was a bonafide rockstar until he brought her home to the family and a sibling (Ginny) burst his little ignorance bubble.



And here, a woman who needs no introduction, but I'm giving her one anyways. Molly freaking Weasley. Molly is just getting home from a few weeks trip to France and forgot to pack her journal before going there, so she has no idea what is going on with her kids. She's still clucky as hell, adopts all her kids's friends, and is starting to explore the idea of putting some writing out for publishing (she was a journalist before she ever had kids, after all). Molly is dealing with the pain of feeling irrelevant in the lives of her children, and desperately wants to be needed and wanted.

Also, Charlie dear- please just promise that you and Oliver would consider adoption. Your heart is big enough for it.

Look at me! Finally settling on a third character! This is Squeaky with Fleur Freaking Delacour. She and her baby sister, who is her favorite human on the planet, have very recently relocated to the UK because Fleur's boss (a diplomat of some sort, it's all very vague and handwavy and unimportant) has been assigned there. Fleur and her sister have a house now in Godric's Hollow, conveniently next door to a certain eldest Weasley. So that should be delightful.

Um. Fleur loves wine and food and throwing parties. She's a flirt. Well, more accurately, she's a tease. She's sort of a boss-witch at work (as personal assistant to a very important guy) but at home she's a mother-hen, especially where her bb sister is concerned.

Umm. I can't think of anything else, so throw your plots upon me.

Bonsoir, mes amis! Caitlin here with number six, Gabrielle Delacour.

Gabrielle is eighteen years old, Beauxbatons, class of 2001. She is moving to England to be with her beloved big sister. She will be an apprentice clockmaker at Cogg and Bell, and she also raises kittens for the Magical Menagerie and tries to break into the acting business.

Gaby is sweet and friendly and generous and wonderful. She totally would've been a Hufflepuff if she had gone to Hogwarts, but alas, she did not. She is also indecisive, rather spineless, and addicted to invalidism. She imagines illnesses all the time and doesn't have any idea that this is subconscious attention-seeking behaviour; the anxiety was brought on originally by the second task of the Triwizard Tournament, but it's less about hypochondria and more about liking to be taken care of. She is absolutely devoted to Fleur and won't hear a negative word against her.
