Tragedy is a word I do not use lightly, but what took place on Tuesday was that: a tragedy. The intention of the attack, and it was an attack, was to wound us, deeply. They did that. They meant to shake us. They did this as well. And yet we were bent, not broken.

Crews will be resuming their bounties beginning on the tenth of next month. Movement is, perhaps, our greatest weapon for the time being. Many files were damaged in the blast, but some originals remain intact, if any requests are to be made.

Be vigilant. Be prepared. Be careful who you trust. The warrant is not all anymore.

I've received the following medical status updates: Both Kajal and London remain in the ICU recovering from surgery. They will not be permitted to receive visitors until tomorrow at the earliest, but they are in stable condition as per most recent update. Killian regained consciousness this morning, though he is similarly stable and barred visitation for the moment.

I am temporarily reassigning Ren as reporting officer to the following crews: the Bahama Mama, the Singapore Sling, the Tequila Sunrise, and the Whiskey Sour. Filters to the aforementioned crews to follow. Speak only with myself, Ren, and your resting ROs, when permitted, as we conduct an internal investigation into this matter.

Our thoughts go out to those in your crews who were injured in or by the blast. We are increasing security around the perimeter of and within the building, particularly the elevators down to the lower level. Captain Corte-Real has reached out and given a rough ETA for tomorrow, as well as physical descriptions of the two men in her crew's custody. They will under no circumstance be spoken to by anyone but upper management, but the descriptions may aid in identifying them before the Singapore Sling arrives. We will require any advantages that are within our reach.

It is up to your discretion how you would like to inform your crews. Be calm and concise. Do not disembark from Ganymede without consent.

As of this morning, you will be welcoming one Lionel Owen aboard your ship as a probationary RRI candidate until the 3rd of May this year (2073). He is under no condition to be treated with disrespect, as per agency policy, and any indiscretions committed against him are punishable by suspension. All of you are well aware of what is at stake here. Time is not on our side, and we're running out of it. [......] Our investigation into that package was, as evident, unsuccessful. Our priorities right now lie in pinpointing the origin of the video message for leads and quelling the panic before it escalates. Mass hysteria is damaging; it creates more chaos, and that is the last thing the agency needs. Their lives come first.

If any of you have witnesses to the event, question them immediately and with care. We may not have three days, and they are our only eyes. We will canvas all locations for video surveillance that might have captured even a second.

As many of you are now aware, two days ago we were on the receiving end of a rather juvenile joke that, most fortunately, did not end with casualties. We are currently investigating how the package was delivered so carelessly into the building, and will be interviewing anyone within the proximity of the building and lobby between 1000 and 1230 on Wednesday morning. Please step forward if you have any pertinent information that may aid in the investigation. Even the smallest details can count.

As for what all of you may or may not have heard, there will be no tolerance for the spreading of rumors of any nature. Do not ask your reporting officers for details. Do not ask security for details. This is a closed investigation at present until we can determine the possible level of danger.

Continue with your assignments as usual. Any concerns are to be passed onto your reporting officer. That is all.
