edited throughout are short snippets of video surveillance of RAC members and footage of outside HQ as they launch into how the RAC would be nothing if not for them: the bad guys, the villains, what would you have without them? all you are is a bunch of desperate wannabes; it's just sad, tbh. we've been watching you, looking so safe and snug, but how safe do you feel now, reclamation agent coalition? are you missing someone, maybe!? :(
