Who: Anyone. Everyone.
What: Lavender wants to create a database of all the nightmares people have been having. This is where they are being sent. At the moment Lavender Brown is the only one with access to them.
When: Anytime after 11 a.m. on 2 November.
Notes: Please include date/time somewhere in comment. Also be sure to indicated if they are signed, anonymous and what level of anonymity (i.e. dictaquill versus handwritten but not signed or altered handwriting).
