Who: Pride of Portree Players & Staff
What: Hell Week -- to challenge and test the endurance of the team because did you see the Falcon v. United match? 20 hours! Also with the Golden Neep and Post Season, they are going to be busy. (Use this as planning or threading fun!)

GENERAL SCHEDULE

6a-9a »» Captain’s Sessions
A mix of running, strength training, and agility drills with Lorna and Alasdair at the helm. Other staff members are at the pitch to oversee and be available as resources if needed because Ellie won’t be there.

9a-12p »» Break!
Nothing official planned. Nap if you need it. (Please nap!) Time for one-on-ones if needed.

12p-2p »» Strategy Sessions
Lunch strategy meetings. Menu by Maggie. Reviewing old matches. Focusing on styles of other teams, with a bit more focus on Montrose. One day might even be media training/PR stuff, just to cover all bases here.

2pm onward »» Coach’s sessions
Lots of scrimmages in weird variations. They will be playing down, she might challenge players to play as if they have an injury, not using an arm, or any other weird thing you might think of. Most days players will be out by 5pm.

Exceptions:
Saturday, 3 February, training 7am-1pm
Sunday, 4 February a day of rest. (you're welcome)
Thursday, 8 February team will be dismissed just after 9am.
Friday, 9 February is the day at the Dragon Reserve.

	Owen is running logistics for all of these trainings, opting to stay for the later nights as a trade for Lorna taking the early mornings- kids gotta eat and get sorted, usually with a set of grandparents or his brother and his family- and generally around to keep an eye out for Ellie. It's tiring, but much less so for him than for the players. (Reply to this) (Parent) (Thread)

	This is Amir's first go at any true endurance training. He's gonna prove himself worthy or die trying. If he dies trying he wants Terry to know he's sorry for the additional paperwork. (Reply to this) (Parent)
