Day two of the festival! I would have put this up yesterday, but I kind of dozed off before I got a chance to do anything MM-like. I'm awesome.

It's finally time for the first day of the festival! The setup is the same as the previous two years, just with a red and orange color scheme. There's a big stage set up in the baseball field, lots of room to hang around, booths around the perimeter with food and merchandise, security patrolling, and music-lovers loving music.

((OOC - I'll be trying to put these up right after midnight so that the earlier time zone people can hit them if they want! General party post rules apply! Have at it!))

It's Thursday and setup has begun for the big concert festival! There are currently volunteers everywhere, doing any number of things. There are tents to be assembled. Sound equipment to be hooked up. A stage to be erected. Tables and chairs laid out around the perimeter for vendor booths. Lots of heavy items to be schlepped in various vehicles. Signage being hung up around the area.

There was also a very frazzled blonde woman in the middle of it all, who was trying to keep everything organized.

The volunteers are free to go in and out whenever they want, to help with what they can, to do important things someone may have missed mentioning, and to eat! Food from various Vine Square establishments will be provided at mealtimes.

"So I'm gonna call Lara I guess and see what she thinks," Deacon was saying to Nick. "But I dunno. The playlist for this one is just givin' me a hard time."

He took a drag off his cigarette and slowly blew the smoke out his nose. They were sitting in one of the gazebos in the garden, Deacon sitting up on a railing with his feet on the bench and elbows on his knees.

Okay people, how many bands do you have, how many would you like to involve in STS, and do you have any preferences for sets? I will take all your answers into consideration for my planning.

Hey, you guys! We're doing the STS music festival deal again this year, in the baseball diamond in the Square. The event will be from September 5-7th, and I was wondering what you'd be interested in playing a set. The event's gone off really well in the past and would be a great way to expose Arcane to a larger audience.

VOLUNTEERS NEEDED FOR STS3

The three-day music festival in the Square will be back from September 5th through September 7th!

Volunteers are both needed and appreciated!

What we are looking for:

- set-up crews
- security crews
- advertising/street teams
- ticket sellers/takers
- merchandising
- fooding
- businesses with vendor booths
- anything else you are willing to offer!

Ricky was in the laundry room, washing an almost infinite number of almost identical blue jeans. He hadn't washed anything since his ex-roomie's girlfriend had kicked him out of his ex-room.

And things did pile up.


He'd heard rumours about a gym and a games room down here, and might check them out later; but at the moment, he was content to have a smoke and placidly watch the machines going round and round.-
