Morningstar Manor

A lovely lazy morning, a late breakfast then some painting before an afternoon at work. That was what Charlie had planned.

He and Deacon had got home quite late the previous night - Charlie had never been to Washington and had wanted to see the sights - so had slept in this morning.

With coffee brewing and eggs and bacon sizzling in the pan, Charlie turned on the nearest CD player and bopped along to the music while listening for Deacon to come out of the shower.
