Morningstar Manor

Peri was busy working on something with her laptop, while Noah was busy doing... well... whatever he was doing. She wasn't paying much attention to him, or him to her, but that was all right. They were good with the companionable silence thing.

Well, until there was a sound at the door.

"You want me to get that?" Peri asked, glancing up. "Or you gonna do it?"

Adri was in the City for a very important reason. He band was opening for Capful of Danger at Norben's Ballroom. Adri could hardly pass up a trip to the City without a visit to the Manor to her (one and only) nephew! It was one thing to have a ton of (three) little munchkin nieces up in Canada that she only got to see so often. It was a whole other situation to have a nephew who was only a few hour drive away! Adri totally dug it!

She was, however, currently letting J feed, change and set Max down for a nap. She was sitting in the Mocha, taking a caffeine break and thinking about the setlist for tonight's opening when her peaceful little Mocha moment was interrupted by a familiar face.
