Good morning, everyone. For those of you who are new here, my name is Suzaku Kururugi. I'm currently head of the Defense Force here in Marina. The Defense Force is here for your protection, and you can also address any questions you might have to us. If you need help, with anything, you can come down to our HQ and ask -- or you can use your communicator to direct a private message to "the Defense Force". The communicator knows who we are.

Good morning, inmates. It is the 92nd day of the third generation, and newly processed criminals will be arriving over the course of the day.

The stabilizer error has been resolved, and the cause of the 'monster' disruptions has been removed. After a thorough investigation, the inmate responsible for the incidents has been located and handled appropriately. There should be no further incidents, and it should comfort some of you to know that, as I had concluded, the incidents were not, in fact, real.

There will be a heavy snowfall throughout the day.

[Roxas colliding with the ground turned on his communicator, so have a view of the grass outside the house where he's been living. Roxas is barely visible in the video field and appears to be having some difficulty getting back to his feet. His face is turning a little red with frustration.]

I can't bel-- Ugh, why-- This is so stupid--

[He finally manages to get to his knees, and then catches sight of the communicator. He moves very slowly and deliberately to pick it up, glowering something fierce.]

What the hell is going on all of a sudden?!


((ooc: Roxas is back! and he doesn't know what's going on. hi guys))

[Anyone outside at the moment of nightfall and expecting to see the usual moonrise on the dome will see something a little different, tonight. The soft, pale light of the moon will indeed be visible,; especially bright, perhaps a harvest moon? But no, what finally rises in the sky looks like the moon, except much larger and... heart shaped. Someone has been adjusting the star projector again.]

[It's for a good cause, however. She hopes that Axel can see it, wherever he is tonight.]

[When the actual video feed begins, Lacus is smiling peacefully while standing on the beach, Kingdom Hearts visible behind her, over the water.]

Good evening. I'm sure you all observed the difference in the sky tonight. It's from another world, one that I would enjoy learning more about. I hope you find the sight as lovely as I do.

[The feed clicks on to show a wobbly view of one of the shelters rooms, partly blocked by an out flung hand.]

[The hand moves away, and a very sick Alessa can be seen, staring at the screen with glazed eyes. She doesn't really know what she's doing, only knows that the device she's looking at will bring help, like the blond nurse with her eyes burnt out, or the blond mother with the gentle smile...]

Water...please...

(ooc: Alessa probably won't be able to answer very well to any video/voice replies, she's so sick, so action replies will probably be best...)

[Ryu has armed himself with blankets. He has one wrapped around his shoulders right now, and there's a few more in the background. He looks uncharacteristically grumpy.]

Is it really going to snow?

[Ciel grabs his communicator and makes a mad dash for a door that is still in existence and immediately leaves through it. Even with the darkness and strange images on his walls, he manages to fight his way completely out of the mansion in his panic. He sinks to his knees in the courtyard and violently trembles. He then brings his knees up to his chest and buries his face in them.

A passerby will hear audible gasps and possibly the sound of retching. Upon closer inspection, you would find the small boy, trembling like the child he is. His eyes might be damp, but you can't tell because of how firmly hidden they are from the world outside his knees.]

[[Open to anyone who wants to come by!]]

[Now that the ball and chain is gone, Vanitas finally feels power returning to him. Off in Sector Four, darkness bleeds off of him. From it spawns five little creatures that instantly pool into the ground and scatter off in different directions. Unversed are now unleashed upon the denizens of the asylum.

He's noted that he can't create more, possibly due to more restrictions. Vanitas growls a little under his mask, irritation levels rising further. Just what does that machine think it is... Watching the Floods wander off, he sets himself to looking around. Nothing suspicious about some teenager in a mask walking around. Nope, not at all. It's about time he got better used to the layout of this prison. Perhaps he could run into someone that could potentially be useful...

The problem is the Unversed. Vanitas isn't stupid enough to be caught near them. He'll steer clear of the little horde he's created, only spawning more of the current batch meets an untimely end. After all... The thing they do best is appearing when you aren't quite expecting them too and attacking.]



((ooc note: The Unversed can be found in any sector you wish to be in. They usually come in groups of 2. Since Vanitas can simply create more as soon as another is defeated, encounters can also occur at any time during the day. Vanitas is also available for action, though only in the morning.))

Ahhh. So that's it, then.

[Her voice sounds very sly yet soft once she realizes where she is. A prison. Well. This certainly does interrupt her plans quite a bit, doesn't it? Maleficent releases a steady sigh once she's finished reading the message and taking note of the tasteless ball and chain attached to her ankle.]

Such a pity. I was so looking forward to reuniting with the princess. It was her birthday, after all. [Pause]

...Although. I suppose I am not wrong in assuming that there might be many princesses here already.

[The feed turns on to reveal a blue-haired girl, but to certain members of the prison, her hair color won’t be what draws their attention. That symbol on her chest looks awfully similar to what you would get if you flipped Organization XIII’s emblem...]

Excuse me. I’m terribly sorry to bother everyone like this, but has anyone seen two boys or a mouse who are dressed like me? It’s very important that I find them if they're here.
