I only met her today, but she has some sort of power and she was very calm and brave. I think she must have arrived very recently. She has a lovely braid in her hair too.

I didn't have much time to panic. It was all just happening and we were getting out and now you and are going to get to safety and then... I don't know what happens then. [Maybe thinking about that part is less okay.]

[ Thing was, this was how Helix felt even when they were madly in love. Limiting what he could do, who his friends were, who he could talk to and about what. Throwing fits if Aidan didn't do it right. Sulking in jealousy because Aidan had friends, only to turn around and give a nude portrait of himself to a guy with an explicit fetish for blue people. It took getting away from that relationship to understand how incredibly toxic it was.

You don't have to convince him, Euphie. If he comes back and has a problem with what I'm doin' with my life, then that's on him. Got nothin' to do with me.

I think that makes it easier sometimes. [She remembers after Lelouch and Nunnally were shipped away and then reported dead she never stopped thinking about them, but it was less as time moved on and she had her own life to lead.]
