[Inara sucks a deep breath in, trying to control her emotions and not let him know exactly how hurt she feels by that ever present scowl of his.

Her gaze drops off to the side and she's rounding her shoulders and soothing her hands over the front of her outfit. And when she finally looks back to him, her expression is oh so carefully schooled and she quickly steps off to the side so she can make a hasty get away.]

[She nods her head once and quickly turns away, all but running in the opposite direction, away from him.]
