My own dreams have made me particularly introspective recently, so I decided it's time for another anonymous post. This one isn't for any academic purpose (though each post is inherently good data for academic purposes despite their individual intentions), but it seems that a lot of us have found them cathartic. So, as usual, feel free to comment below--you will be anonymous unless you choose to be unmasked.

What lesson(s) have you learned from ~~yourself~~ the person you've been dreaming about?

My greatest lesson has been learning to truly value the people in my life who care about me. I already did, but there's something to be said for consciously recognizing that value each time I think of them.

	I only knew of one other person, so I can't decide if it's comforting or not that there are other people struggling with this. I'm doing okay, though. He's very good with his powers and I've gotten a lot of that control. (Reply to this) (Parent) (Thread)

	I know how people treated people like me in my dreams, so I'm not crazy about the idea that people might actually know that I'm some kind of [...] mutant or something now. Even if those people also have sudden strange powers. (Reply to this) (Parent) (Thread)

	Yeah, I mean, I definitely get that, too. We had a whole underground support system, partly for that reason. But the keyword there is "underground" because people imprisoned and killed people like us for no other reason than the fact that we existed and that...worries me. (Reply to this) (Parent) (Thread)
