When: After Phoenix disappears to the stars

What: Mia realizes her parent is gone. This depresses her.

The television was playing something on the Discovery Channel, a documentary of some kind. Mia didn't understand all the words that the narrator was using, but his voice was soothing, so she left it on after her usual fashion. The girl herself was curled into a little knot on the bed, staring in the general direction of the television, not so interested in going outside. Outside later.

That was before the sensation of her acknowledged parent going away. Strange how Mia seemed to know the sudden emptiness appearing in her, the hole that drained so much of her emotions away like someone pulling the plug in a bathtub. Yet what anyone saw was a look of confusion pass across her features and a listening telepath would have heard a single anguished cry of WHY!. Outwardly though, that was it.

Then as if that weren't enough, Mia closed her eyes and proceeded to go to sleep, a tear in the corner of her eye. She was alone again. All by herself again.

What: Mia has a hankering for ice cream and when others show up, she decides to share. It just so happens to turn into a full-fledged party.

What: First Illusion takes on one enemy and then she gets to fight a friend, but she's simply not interested in such a thing.

When: Afternoon, June 17
What: Mia is trying to get back a ring that she is very sure is hers Aim has taken from her.

"Aim," Mia yelled at the little dragon as she stamped her foot. "Give it back!" The little dragon was fluttering around her head with a small silver ring in his tiny claws. Every time Mia reached up for it, the dragon drifted a little higher. It was playing a game with her and obviously, the woman didn't appear as if she were happy with this game.

Mia didn't know where the silver ring had come from, only that it was hers and she wanted it back. So she jumped and grabbed at it, while Aim dangled it just out of her reach.

This was going on outside, in the sunshine and Mia's voice, while that of a grown woman, had the sentence pattern of a six year old. Her brown/black hair bounced in curls and for those who knew her, something else was strange, instead of her usual three layers of clothes, she was only wearing one layer, a tank top with a giant kiss smack on it and a pair of jeans over little black sandals.

"Give it back, give it back, give it back."

The little green dragon just floated above her head on the breeze, the silver ring caught in its claws.

What: D's hard on for the Victorian era gets stroked.

It took very little time for the divine entity to make it's way out of Jean's inner sanctum of the mind, even less for her to flood the consciousness that was abandoned, and enrapture the silly mortal in her own body. The drugs were gone, the ever present sense of restraint finally lifted, and the body she was borrowing started to glow with exact change. Red filtered over her form then, an absolute difference from the woman before. Where Jean was motherly and gentle, Phoenix was sharp and demanding. Where the redhead was caring and perfectionist, Phoenix was exacting and perfect itself. As different as day and night, dark and light, the deeper portions of the woman were hidden within this symbiotic relationship, and while few had seen it, even less had understood it. There had only been one thing to keep her from bringing the entire thing down and turning it to rubble. That necklace.

Now, without the barrier of technology, the island would become her playground.
