We are pleased to begin a new tradition here on [info]snapelyholidays with the presentation of the first ever

D.E.A.T.H.E.A.T.E.R. Award for

Daring & Exceptionally Amazing Talented Herculean
Efforts Assuring Terrifically Entertaining Results!


This year among our many talented participants, there is one who not only did a fine job with her assignment, but was the first one to submit her entry well in advance of deadline, despite readying to run a holiday exchange and modding a busy community herself.

We appreciate such an effort and feel it should be lauded. So in recognition of her outstanding effort and for the extra aggravation taking part in this year's exchange caused her, we present [info]snapelyholidays 2009 D.E.A.T.H.E.A.T.E.R. Award (an extra exchange pressie) to [info]scribbulus_ink, with thanks for all her hard work, both here and in modding Snupin_Santa over on [info]lupin_snape. Title is inspired by lyrics from Melissa Etheridge's 'Angels Would Fall' song. It's actually symbolic of what Severus eventually ends up thinking of Regulus (and I highly you hear the song or at least read the lyrics to better understand this symbolism). Other than that, I hope my recipient enjoys this. (:

We have only two more bonus fics to post to our lovely pinch-hitters, to be followed by some special gifts for some special folks who helped make the 2009 Snapely Holidays lively and memorable. :)

The exchange will end on Epiphany. An anon masterlist will go up then, followed by the reveals on the day after Severus's 40th birthday.

Artist's notes: (instructions): print out the dolls on cardstock and carefully cut them out using scissors or an xacto blade. Print the clothes out on regular paper and color with whatever you like - crayons, colored pencils, markers, the blood of a chicken. Then (allow to dry) carefully cut out the clothes and dress your dolls by folding the tabs over the bodies. There's hours of fun to be had when we all make paper dolls and play with them together!
