Though I'm sure you've all heard it enough, happy new year! An old Earth transplant told me they used to have snow every Christmas and New Year back on Earth. Is that true? God, how awful. Give me a Tijuana Christmas any day over all that cold!

Book club meeting on the 11th. 7:00 pm at Mag's Diner. We're reading Gone Girl by Gillian Flynn, which is an old Earth thriller if you want to catch up to us. I'm not done yet but someone else might have a copy to lend you.
