..welcome to the uprising.. It is the year 2001, the Wizarding World of Great Britain has been under the Dark Lord's rule for nearly five years. The Golden-trio is only marginally closer to solving the puzzle of victory than they were immediately following their beloved Headmaster's death. Muggleborns have been rounded up and held in cells at Azkaban. Those under the spell of the Complacens potion remain content with the government, but there are those who are beginning to fight it; those few that are beginning to build immunity to the potion and are assembling secretly underground. Where will you be when the world as we now know it burns to the ground? Will you continue to live under the draconian rule of the Dark Lord? Or will you be part of the Uprising? Voldemort has been defeated, the dust has settled and everyone is working hard to rebuild their lives following the end of the war. One would think that it would be a time of peace and healing... But not everyone is pleased with the demise of the Dark Lord. For he was a leader, and what's a leader without his followers? These followers didn't just disappear after Voldemort's death, no, they only went into hiding. Recruiting from their position in the shadows, the remaining Death Eaters are targeting the younger generation in order to restore their population and finish what they started. Those not aware of the darkness still surrounding them are going on with their lives as best they can. Only time will tell if things are really changing for the better. Or perhaps the world is merely being led into a false sense of security.

	Eleven years ago, Harry Potter defeated Voldemort, ending the Second War and ushering in a time of peace and prosperity within the Wizarding world. Now it is 2009. The Death Eaters remain locked away for life. The threat of Voldemort and his dark army is but a memory. What the wizarding world doesn't know is that a new threat is about to strike it at its very core: Diagon Alley. Game started December 7, 2009.

Diagon Alley – April 2003

It's 2003 and the Wizarding World has come a long way since the Final Battle. Death Eaters have been tried and dealt with fairly under the watchful eye of the new Minister of Magic, Kingsley Shacklebolt and a reformed Wizengamot. Diagon Alley and Hogwarts have been rebuilt. Slowly the magical community has rebuilt and healed from the destruction of Voldemort's reign. Most characters make their home within Diagon Alley as new flats and residences have opened their doors.

A rogue band of thieves is pillaging homes and businesses alike. There is no motive and no clues have been left behind. The victims seem random—but are they really? Aurors are working vigilantly to find who ever is behind the thefts, but there is little to be found. As the annual charity auction for St Mungo's approaches, will the thieves finally make their plan known? And how many people will be hurt in the process?

In 1995 the world is changing, and not everything is the way it has been in the life of Harry Potter or his friends. Fifteen years ago the Potters placed a Fidelius Charm upon their home with the help of James Potter’s best friend Sirius Black. It was because of this that Lord Voldemort never discovered the location of the Potter home, thus, Lily and James Potter were very much alive. Also hidden, the Longbottoms avoided their own ghastly fate. Harry grew up in a loving home under the protection of the Charm and is far from the poor boy that he once would have been at Privet drive. With his parents around, Neville was not coddled, but loved and became well balanced early on in life. Upon entering Hogwarts, Harry soon learned the world was not exactly as his parents and uncles had made it out to be. Neville was pleased that everything was what he had hoped for.

In the years since Lord Voldemort’s disappearance the Wizarding World had become a place of tension and strife. Wizards that were Pure-bloods were looked upon with suspicions, Half-bloods were being shunned by both sides for not being on one side or the other, and Muggle-borns were vanishing before they had a chance to even attend Hogwarts. In this world the Order worked to protect the Muggle-borns and get them out of the country for their own safety. The Aurors arrive after the attacks and have the gruesome job of cleaning up. No one is sure who leads these attacks, but everyone suspects the socialite Bellatrix Black Lestrange and the fair Lord Lucius Malfoy.

The Ministry of Magic is split in two. When the current Minister, Bartemius Crouch Senior, came into office he led the largest dark wizard hunt of the century. Unfortunately, his wide nets caught up the blundering or the stupid but allowed the slipperiest of the Dark Lord’s followers through, including the Minister’s own son. Barty Crouch Jr, still firmly in under the direction his Lord went on to work for his father at the Minstry. At the beginning of the 1995 school year he was inducted as the current Defense Against the Dark Arts professor. The Ministry is rife with the corruption of the Death Eaters lying in wait for their Lord’s return. Their day is here and now. If the Order cannot handle it, if the Ministry is too subverted to control it, then what are the two Prophesied Children to do? It is up for Harry and Neville to hopefully rise to the occasion, for the sake of the Wizarding World

Tweak! is an AU Harry Potter fifth year that focuses on both adult and teenage spheres and scenes. Gameplay begins on November 20th, with the school year already underway.

euphorialane, is a post-Hogwarts, post-war canon up to Half Blood Prince game, set in the year 2004 and combining the magical world of Harry Potter, with social expectations and appointments. Unlike other games based on a no-war environment, Euphoria Lane provides mod designated events on a local, national, and international scale, so there will always be a plot to follow, alongside in-depth character development. We've also made it very easy for new players to catch up!

We are looking for motivated and creative role-players, who are willing to put effort into making the Harry Potter world as real as possible, through quality writing and original storylines. If you're a player looking to explore individual depths and development for a character you love, we invite you to join us with your wit, irony, and maybe a little flash of skin.

In return, we'll tickle your fancy with monthly organized game activities, writing challenges, and a space to create and develop the magical world of Harry Potter. This is a game focused on character development and writing, run by experienced moderators and completely drama free.
