On 10 June 1978, the man known as Lord Voldemort conquered the Wizarding World and named himself Minister for Magic of England. The Order of the Phoenix went underground to continue the fight, but they knew it was over.

Ten years later, it is June 1988, and the world has changed. Wizards now bear tattoos on the back of their necks ranking them from I to VII based on blood purity. No Muggleborn is allowed at Hogwarts, marriage is strictly monitored, and anyone who gets in the Ministry's way receives a one-way ticket to the grave.

With each day that passes, life gets worse, and the witches and wizards with the courage to fight are regathering. In the past ten years, countless lives have been lost, and the time for action is now.

The RPG MODS RPG OOC Directory Plot & Premise Cast & Available Rules Apply Game Canon	The Premise In the Summer of 2024, a pack of werewolves started terrorising the country, turning young children and brutally killing their parents. A month later the dead started returning to life. Voldemort was among the first to arrive. By spring 2025, Voldemort and the werewolves had joined forces; Hogwarts, Azkaban and Diagon Alley had been attacked, but Ministry and Order were still standing strong, forcing Voldemort to live in hiding. On June 18, 2025, everything changed! Voldemort launched an attack on the wizarding world, hitting King's Cross, the Hogwarts Express and the Ministry. While the forces of good spread out to protect the population, Voldemort took over the Ministry – and with it the Wizarding society. The Order and their allies fled to Hogwarts, where Headmaster Severus Snape shielded the school, making it impossible for Voldemort to gain entrance. From there, the Order launched its resistance. For the rest of the population, it’s comply or be killed, but under the surface, people are trying to find a way to manoeuvre outside the new laws and restrictions. In the meantime an unknown, yet undetected, spell is spreading amongst the Wizarding population, Death Eaters, Order and neutral alike. Kingsley Shacklebolt, once renowned Minister for Magic, was found guilty of lying, stealing, and cheating the witches and wizards of Britain. Though he claimed innocence, there was far too much evidence against him. Kingsley agreed to step down from the position in early 2023. His replacement, Lucretia Rowle; widow of the deceased Death Eater Thorfinn, claimed to be ready to right every wrong Kingsley Shacklebolt had ever made and has done little to help the poor image that Kingsley now faces every day. Lucretia Rowle has started making changes, drastic changes... especially to the courses at Hogwarts. One of the courses, now a mandatory requirement to graduate for all Muggleborns, is a Wizarding How To class, basically treating all Muggleborns as incompetent and unable to grasp the wizarding world. Each year, all Muggleborns will have to take this course and will not be able to graduate without it. It has also been theorized that the Head Boy and Head Girl were chosen by their blood, not their achievements in school, as well as the new Fifth Year Prefects. No Muggleborns have been chosen as Prefect this year. Who's side will you join? What else will change in the Wizarding World? Will people finally see the light and realize Lucretia Rowle is really a blood purist?

On May 02, 1998, a battle broke out at Hogwarts. The battle. Students, professors, creatures, The Order and Death Eaters alike fought hard for their beliefs. And then, Harry came forward, and history was made when he defeated Voldemort. Peace does not come easy though. There was a heavy price and they're only just beginning to pay it. May 02 is a trio-era game set in the wake of the Final Battle. Picking up the day of and just after the ending of the final battle, we will follow our beloved characters as they grieve, fight and work to rebuild their lives, and attempt to find their place in the world as it stands now. But it certainly won't come easy. open as of may 02, 2010. MAY 02 is a game that started immediately post-war with the goal of playing out the interesting dynamics of what might have happened during that time. While not epilogue (or interview) compliant, the game is set strictly in canon, with a few additions for a realistic feel.
