I don't think people appreciate the gravity of the situation here.

We're facing the end of days and there is more talk about weddings that battle plans. Movies seem more important than patrolling.

I was encouraged to find more than the battle but if we don't make it a priority thee won't be any weddings, or movies, or popcorn. None of it matters.

I can't afford to waste my time any more. None of us can.

We'll have to agree to disagree, sir, because I refuse to believe any war is impossible to win. If you think I let something stupid like poor odds count against me, you don't know me at all.

Maybe it's not always enough. But I've seen it work wonders. Hope is an emotion, and a powerful one at that.

You assume. You do. I have seen impossible odds where the good of the people come out on top. I've seen an unbeatable race defeated by the powers of good. And I've seen a day where just once, everyone lived. Everyone. So don't you dare tell me what will and will not happen until this war is done and fought.
