Nancy. Yeah, sorry, I got a little enthusiastic about answering. I'm going to be studying journalism. For now, I got a job at the library to keep myself busy and making some money, will probably bump it down to part-time when the semester starts and then eventually see if there's a newspaper I can intern for.

Assuming I'm here that long.

I am also starting full-time study in September. I am most looking forward to it, especially since Abi explained that one does not need to narrow one's field of study immediately. Perhaps you should talk to her, as she gives good advice.

Hi!!!!! Yeah, Abi knows that I'm kind of flailing about it. We've talked before, about my complete lack of direction. I'm hoping that I can do what you're doing - start vague, get more specific as time goes on, yeah?

Well, I have almost certainly decided on political science, but that does not mean I cannot study other things as well, as I like. But if you do not know what you are most interested in, you should take the the time to decide. Are you also interested in mathematics, like Abi?

This will be my third year, but I had credits from Harvard I tested out of when I applied to college here and I took summer classes. Well, still take summer classes.

I decided on it myself but I can tell you, I'm definitely not the brainiac kind that flocks to a post like this to talk about school. That would be my girlfriend. Who, even though she's not here, would kick my ass if I didn't attend college.

Hence why I'm going.

I'm not doing college but I own a burger joint/bookstore in town that's always hiring and the manager is really good at working around people's schedules.
